Tiuranranta is a large house in Kuru, on the shores of Lake Keihäsjärvi, 50 km from Tampere. Kuru's amenities (shops, restaurants, etc.) are 1 km away. The fully equipped house has 6 rooms (4 bedrooms, a kitchen and a foyer) with: 11 beds, 2 extra beds, 4 sofa bed places. Additional mattresses are also available. The apartment also has good connections to Tampere, where buses run from near the apartment in about half an hour. By car, the journey takes about 20 minutes.

My place is an atmospheric old vintage cottage on top of a scenic ridge. You can spend time in your own yard with a terrace and a barbecue canopy. Kitchen, living room and indoor toilet. The outbuilding has a wood-burning sauna with a shower area, there is no separate bathroom. The sauna room has 2 single beds. Running hot water and drains. Heating with air heat pumps + in winter with a pot oven. Refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and mini oven. Pets are welcome.

This small and compact apartment is located near good services, beautiful trecking paths and lakes with great swimming. Even in the winter you will have a chance to try cold dipping in a lake with a sauna. You will reach Tampere city in 20 minutes by tram. There is no kitchen but the apartment is equipped for making coffee/tea, preparing breakfast and heating up food. A peaceful location on 7th floor. Well suited for remote working and studying.
