My house is located in Livorno, in the characteristic Antignano district, close to the center and a stone's throw from the beautiful coves of the Lungomare, perfect for a dip and sunbathing. Ideal base for discovering the treasures of our city and the famous Tuscan art cities. You can enjoy our sea and cuisine based on fresh fish. Coffee, tea, herbal teas, milk and cookies are offered. The quiet and picturesque neighborhood is a 10-minute drive or 20-minute bike ride from the Center.

The accommodation is a stone's throw from the sea in the heart of the Viareggio promenade, consisting of a double bedroom, living area with double sofa bed and kitchenette, bathroom with shower. The apartment is equipped with WiFi network, TV and a/c in the living area. The property is located on the 2nd floor of a building without elevator. On the 4th floor there is a common panoramic terrace with a beautiful sea view, dining area and laundry area for free use by guests.

( only for a max of 10 nights) Minors up to the age of 18 are exempt.

Quiet, reserved and 20 minutes from the sea. WE ONLY ACCOMMODATE ADULTS and NON-SMOKERS. Pedona is a 5-minute walk from the accommodation, and offers 2 grocery stores and 1 excellent Italian restaurant. Camaiore, a historic and well-served city, is an 8' drive away. Our Wi-Fi is VERY LAZY, but the “connection” is not our priority😉. There is the possibility to book an umbrella on the private beach at €25 per day (payment on the beach).

Located in a quite area next to the beach, you can find some typical shop to buy local products. We provide weekly change of bed and bathroom, kitchen utensils, tableware, glassware, flatware.

A stone's throw from the beach and the historic center of Viareggio, "Casa Vacanze Paolina" is a typical Viareggina house recently renovated . The one-bedroom apartment is located on the first floor and is perfect for 2 or 4 people. For those who need to park their car, you can buy a pass to leave the car in the blue spaces near the house for the time of your stay.
