New renovated house/cottage with amazing sea views in the Arctic nature. About 15 minutes from the center of Luleå, about 15 minutes from Luleå airport by car. Private veranda, outdoor furniture, high standard. Fully equipped for self-catering, smart TVs , dishwasher , washing machine. The location and view is stunning. Welcome! The Cube

På denna lilla ö är naturen och havet i fokus. Här finns inga vägar eller bilar, vilket gör att det råder ett behagligt lugn på ön. Upplev midnattssolen eller norrskenet. Sommartid sker den korta överfarten (400 meter) till ön med liten båt som ingår. Vintertid sker shuttle med snöskoter. Utomhus finns jacuzzi som håller 38 grader året runt. Det finns även en vedeldad bastu. Är ni 3 eller 4 personer så bor ni även i en separat sovstuga. Vintertid kan vi ordna guidade skoterturer och isfiske.

Kom och upplev lugnet i detta lummiga boende, med plats för 4 personer samt extra för små barn. Boendet består av en etta/studio med kökshörna, duschrum och bäddsoffa samt en sovstuga med 2 bäddar. Finn olika aktiviteter; som att vandra efter älven, vandra i skogen och upp på ett berg med utsikt över havet. Eller på närliggande 5-stjärniga Byske Vardagsrum under dagen och sovrum på natten. Det betyder att det det är ett rum med bäddsoffa. Intill finns det en Friggbod med 2 90x200 sängar.

Ett mysigt hus på 3 rum och kök som ligger precis vid en av Skellefteås finaste sandstränder, omslutet av en härlig skog. I huset finns en täljstenskamin och stora fönster mot havet, samt bekvämligheter såsom TV, Wifi, disk- och tvättmaskin samt ett välutrustat kök. På tomten finns även bastu, volleybollplan och grillplats som vi erbjuder våra gäster. En harmonisk och fin plats året runt! Lulea Guesthouse

WC, shower (sauna not for use) fridge/freezer, AC, near the nature. You sleep in a sofa bed for 2 persons in the livingroom. Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. Welcome to KARINS RED COTTAGE. The house is located next to road 97, between the Storklinten winter sports facility and the town of Boden, (16 km from Boden, 20 km from Storklinten). Within 3 km of the accommodation there is the opportunity to rent snowmobiles, horseback riding with Icelandic horses, a pony riding school, a gym and guided tours of our deer enclosure. As a guest at Karins R C you have access to your own beach with a jetty where you can swim and fish.
