Guest house on small island, nice sea view

On this small island, nature and the sea are in focus. There are no roads or cars, which means that there is a pleasant calm on the island. Experience the midnight sun or the northern lights. In summer, the short crossing (400 meters) to the island with a small boat included. In winter, the shuttle is by snowmobile. Outside, there is a jacuzzi that is 38 degrees year-round. There's also a wood-fired sauna. If you are 3 or 4 people, you also live in a separate sleeping cabin. In winter, we can arrange guided snowmobile tours and ice fishing.

Modern guesthouse in Hortlax

The guesthouse is a freestanding building with its own access road and parking spaces. (The host couple live in a house next door) In Hortlax there is a grocery store, flower shop and pizzeria. Here you are close to both swimming and outdoor activities, there are many nice hiking trails in summer and in winter the ski track is behind the corner. Newly built guest cottage (2021) of 25 sqm plus sleeping loft. Bed linens, towels and final cleaning are included. Walking distance to Piteå center (2km), hospital, Nolia, several of the football fields at Piteå Summer Games and swimming at the Storted. The cottage is equipped with wifi, smart TV, washing machine and AC. Two people can sleep in a sofa bed (140 cm wide), two in the sleeping loft. Private terrace with sun most of the day. Parking is shared with the host family. In winter, it is possible to connect to electric motor heater.

Adorable guesthouse by the sea

Relax and enjoy this quiet and well-planned accommodation by the sea. The guest house is a separate building on the owner's property with self-catering. Here you live in the middle of nature while you can reach Piteå city center in 18 minutes by car. To the E4, you have only 4 km and about 25 minutes to Luleå. Car is recommended. Here you can take forest walks, make a fire at the barbecue area, pick berries, ski and skate during the winter months. Here you can also see the northern lights quite often! An idyllic place all year round!

Cozy townhouse on Kullen in Piteå for rent. The house has three bedrooms, one bedroom has double bed which is 180 cm and the other two rooms have beds that are 140 cm. In one room there is plenty of room for an extra bed if needed. All bedrooms are equipped with their own TV. The house has two bathrooms with shower in both bathrooms. The townhouse has a patio on both the front and back to be able to use as many hours of sun as possible. There is a possibility to charge an electric car if desired.

Koppla av själv eller med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende. Eller kanske ett hem för hårt arbetande att bo när arbetsdagen är slut. Njut av naturen utanför dörren. Magisk utsikt över havet, men ändå bara ca 15 minuter från Piteå centrum. Vintertid är det bara att promenera, åka skidor eller skoter ut på isen. För den skridskosugne plogas det även upp en isbana. Sommartid kanske ett dopp i havet lockar? Det finns även en möjlighet för fler personer att bo då sovstugan kan värmas upp.

We offer a modern residence with a nice view of the sea. Access to the terrace. You have the beach right below, quiet and comfortable. If you walk after the beach 10 minutes, you are at Pite Havsbad with all its facilities. The area we live in offers many beautiful trails in the nature reserve.
