Really spacious apartment with great restaurants nearby and a beautiful rooftop pool. Also very convenient for a conference at the convention center.

Artavazd's place was the perfect spot for our last week visiting LA! A short walk from the Glendale Galleria and Americana at Brand, so there are loads of eating and shopping options close-by. The kitchen is great for cooking, and the big TV and comfy couch make it a great place for staying in as well. Check-in and check-out were very easy (though self-check-in wasn't available), and Artavazd was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at Nate’s apartment for 10 days. It felt like a second home for me. Everything is clean and super comfortable bed. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely will come back! Thank you Nate!

We had a wonderful stay at Brandon’s place. It was exceptionally clean, neat, and very comfortable — just as described. You can tell the host really pays attention to the details. The atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming, making it easy to relax and feel at home. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, and the space was well-maintained throughout. We truly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended!

I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. It was equipped with everything so that I could stay for 10 days and use it comfortably, and I was especially happy to have all the simple cooking utensils so I could cook. The place was amazing! Very spacious and exactly how it look in the pics. I absolutely loved being in downtown LA and it was very walkable and near lots of good restaurants and fun stuff to do. Honestly, definitely worth the stay! We spent an entire day up in the pool and gym which was also nice. Would definitely recommend this place. A bit overpriced in my opinion, but the place was amazing and very clean!

Brandon's place was very nice. The apartment itself exceeded expectations. Immaculate and well stocked kitchen made cooking very easy. The bed is firm -- about an 8 out of 10. I personally love a firm bed and found it to be very comfortable. Another thing to note is that the area is very noisy and dangerous with mentally ill drug addicts everywhere. I was followed by two sketchy individuals on Friday morning at 7 a.m. into the CVS as they attempted to box me in and trap me in an aisle. Luckily I have street smarts and am very aware of my surroundings and was able to escape, others might not have been so lucky. Note I am a 6 foot tall muscular male, usually not someone's first target. Also note, CA has effectively criminalized self-defense much like NY has, so fleeing is your only option. None of this is Brandon's fault, of course. Just pointing it out for those not aware of the area. Overall a great stay if one stays inside the bldg and runs out to jump into an Uber.

Christian’s apt was the perfect location during my family’s stay in LA. The place was spacious and comfortable and the location was near lots of great restaurants and places to visit. Access to a free parking garage was also very convenient. Would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was beautiful. The location was so convenient; we went to the bar next door for cocktails, walked to whole food… so much near by. The bed was super comfortable and it was a bonus using the hot tub and seeing the sunset lit skyline on the roof top. I was concerned it might be noisy but it was not at all. I did not hear anything in the bedroom where I need quiet for sleep. It was truly perfect! Malcom was an amazing host, very responsive and allowed us to check in early as we had arrived earlier from our trip overseas. Wonderful stay!

This was the first visit to LA for my best friend and I. We took public transit to the location with no issues. The check in process seemed to be daunting from the description but it was nothing but seemless. The building is beautiful, the location is fantastic with plenty of shops and restaurants starting right next door. There is so much to do and so many places to visit. We went to a Kylie Minogue concert, took a trip to Santa Monica, a trip to West Hollywood and shopped in LA. We ate at several restaurants, including one on the same block all were fabulous. The unit is a soft loft style with exposed duct work, very spacious, tall ceilings and really clean. Being immune compromised from my cancer fight it was important to be in a clean unit and this one did not disappoint. The view is not great during the day but it comes alive at night with a view of the lit up Eastern Columbia Building. The hosts were very kind and responsive to questions. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great walkable location - especially if you are in town for an event at the Krypto arena. Hosts are very communicative and helpful. Condo was super clean and had great roof top amenities! Would highly recommend.

We had a great stay at Reema’s home, it was very very clean, wonderful neighborhood , enjoyed morning walks around the block. The home was perfect for my small family, they were very kid friendly with a high chair and covers for the outlets everywhere! Great communication with the host and very friendly. Definitely recommend !

Kenny’s place was very beautiful and has great amenities. Kenny was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. We have a 23 month old and he had a crib and high chair available which made our stay comfortable. Overall everything was very organized, clean and would love to stay again.

Christopher has a beautiful super comfortable home! The backyard is a wonderful place to hang out and bbq if you are looking for a home to be able to relax in on vacation. Would recommend over and over.

The house was clean and well-maintained, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Our dog had a great time playing in the backyard by the pool.

Our friend group stayed at the Comfy Cottage for the Long Beach Grand Prix and really enjoyed the place! The hosts were very proactive and helpful in giving us recommendations to avoid having to drive to the track each day. They were also extremely friendly and available throughout our stay for any questions. The home was very clean and has a well executed nautical theme! We enjoyed finding the various thematic Easter eggs in the decor throughout our stay! We didn't have any kids with us, but the home is well equipped for a group with kids (lots of toys and games, as well as baby gates). There is a parking space for the Airbnb in the alley - there are some tight turns to get there, so a sedan or small crossover would be the best option if you are bringing a car, but you could probably park a bigger vehicle on the street if needed. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Long Beach!

We arrived to a spotlessly-clean, decent-sized, one bedroom apartment. It's in a great location along the main stretch of Silver Lake Blvd. Excellent coffee (LAMILL) very close by, along with a great restaurant (Botanica). Jean and Ben were the perfect hosts -- answered our (few) questions promptly, and otherwise kept to themselves (they live upstairs). We had no issues with them living upstairs; they were quiet and respectful of our privacy. Having a reliable parking spot is very important in this area! So an important bonus there. Internet worked great. All in all a terrific experience, and we'll likely be back!

Beautiful home and looks just like the pictures! Super close to Disneyland and golf courses. Very clean home, we would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful inviting home. Host thought of nearly everything you could ever need in a home away from home. Felt like a kid again with all of the arcade games also. Host was responsive with any questions we had prior to and during our stay. Will definitely book again when we travel to the west coast!
