This place is very clean and very good.

Great spot right on the lake with everything you need at your doorstep. Large grass field, basketball, bocce ball, horseshoes, volleyball, fire pit, bbq, pool, kids playground, and of course the beach. Perfect for kids.

We had a wonderful stay at Desiree’s place in the Palisades at Every Hotel. From the start, communication with Desiree was seamless—she was easy to reach via text and provided clear instructions, making check-in a breeze. We truly appreciate her for opening up her home to us! The room itself was spotless, extremely comfortable, and in a fantastic location, making it easy to access all amenities. The only downside was the hotel's luggage service—it took 2.5 hours to receive our bags after check-in, which was frustrating, especially after a long travel day. We checked in around 8:30 PM but didn’t get our luggage until 11:30 PM, which seemed to be due to the hotel either being too busy or understaffed that evening. Aside from that, everything went smoothly, and we would absolutely recommend staying at Desiree’s place for a comfortable and well-located stay!

Excellent amenities and a quiet but fun place to stay! Within walking distance of lots to do but the pool and beach were stellar!

Love the resort, it’s SO convenient to go up to the slopes. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi, the room was clean, towels were so comfortable, stuff was well stocked and exactly as described. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Beverly for hosting us!

We really enjoy staying at the everline resort. It is so close to the ski lifts, and has great restaurants and amenities. The room was exactly as described, and everything was clean and in working order. The host was responsive to my questions, usually responding in about an hour. Thanks!

This room at Everline worked out well for us and made it possible for us to stay for the weekend at an otherwise fully booked hotel. There were no disadvantages to staying in the room via AirBnB and all amenities were available to us.

Absolutely wonderful stay to ski at Palisades Tahoe. Everything was easy from check in to check out. Location could not be more perfect! So much to do even for those not skiing. Thank you! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Awesome apartment with a spectacular view of the valley. I could have spent my entire trip sitting at the window with a coffee, except the skiing was also fantastic.

Our stay at this condo in Everline Resort couldn't have been better. The unit was super clean and attractive, the bed was comfy. The kitchenette was extremely well-stocked and organized. Check-in at the desk was super easy and staff there were very helpful. Carey, our host, was readily available for the few questions we had about the unit, and communication was fast and efficient. The resort itself is really beautiful, comfortable, and has everything we wanted. It's perfect for skiing (ski in-ski-out), swimming, hiking, fine dining and casual meals. Great for families.There's a little market for essentials, along with a few cute shops and a convenient shuttle that will take you to Olympic Village.This is one of our favorite spots! Highly recommend.

amazing condo in everline! 24/7 check in. it's basically a hotel (it's a Hyatt as well). The location was great but keep in mind the only lift that is walking distance only services blues and blacks. we ended up driving to the village to go to main base lodge. parking is paid but very easy in/out. the unit was older but well maintained, very clean, extremely comfortable all around! came with a heated fan we could use to dry our gear out. we brought an HDMI for the TV to watch Netflix. robes were SUPER soft. hot tub was amazing. restaurant on site has a delicious cheese steak. the common area has a stunning view out the giant window and cozy fireplaces. there was even a game room! host was extremely communicative and easy to reach. would absolutely recommend again and it was cheaper than the rooms on the Hyatt website and the other Airbnb listings so great value as well! can't recommend enough if you want a fancy place with all the amenities and ski in ski out access.
