Authentic oyster farming district. Train station 400m away. Atypical for the comfort provided by the wood, its terraces, its water environment (between the port and the 'canelot'), its views, its swimming pool and the neighbor's oysters - the best in the Basin. This is my personal home.

Ideally located, a 10-minute walk from Gare d 'Arcachon and 100 meters from the pedestrian shopping street with many restaurants. Very nice beach facing the residence (Plage Thiers). The famous Thiers Pier is 200 meters away from which fireworks on July 14 and August 15 are pulled each year.

With an area of 20 m2 with an additional 10 m2 mezzanine, it will comfortably accommodate a couple and two children. (The mezzanine is not recommended for young children) Easy access from La Hume train station in less than a 5-minute walk, all useful shops are also a 5-minute walk away.
