If you want to recharge your batteries and breathe in the sea air of Brittany, you will enjoy our 120 m² house that we have just finished. You will find all the comforts in summer and winter (pellet stove), a lot of calm and you can hear the sea which is very close: 300 m. With family or friends, you will find a day area well isolated from the night area. The garden is enclosed. It's a great spot for cycling or walking between Loctudy and Lesconil.

300 m from the sea, this renovated farmhouse offers you the calm of its inner courtyard and orchard. The whole property is fully fenced. On the ground floor you will find a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, a living room with office area and fireplace as well as a bathroom. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with a 160 bed, one bedroom with a 160 pull-out bed and a 90 bed, and also a mezzanine with sofa bed. Towels and bed linens are provided.

Plus près de la mer ? impossible ! Par beau temps ou sous la tempête, peu de gîtes en Bretagne offre une telle proximité avec la mer et le large. Le Département du Finistère ne s'y est pas trompé : il a classé ce lieu en Espace Naturel Protégé. Cette maison divisée en deux gîtes, appartenait à mes arrières grand-parents : mon arrière grand-père, Le Youtar de son surnom avait commencé la pêche à l'époque ou l'on ne pouvait naviguer qu'à la voile ...
