Maggie's Place is the guesthouse next to our residence, named after our friend who frequently opened her home to others. Included is a full kitchen/living area with a queen size sofa bed, work area, and small dining table. The bedroom has a queen size bed, and the bathroom has a tiled shower and washer/dryer. There is a screened in porch-perfect for a morning cup of coffee. We are 2.5 miles from the interstate and only minutes from downtown Russellville. Due to allergies, we do not allow pets.

Located 1.25 miles off I-40 Exit 78, the Barn is ten minutes from downtown Russellville and one mile from Arkansas Nuclear One and Lake Dardanelle access. The Guest Barn is a newly renovated two-story barn that can accommodate up to five guests (one king-size bed and three twin beds) and features a large gravel parking lot.

Sunny Oaks is a fully furnished, artist inspired studio apartment with queen bed. It is located on the walkout level of our hillside guest house. It has an efficiency kitchen, 3/4 bath and private outside entrance, with a covered deck. A small electric fireplace with heater provides warm ambiance. This rock guest house is built atop a huge boulder. A bridge spans a natural ravine connecting it to the Main House. The guest house has a private deck overlooking the river. There are always birds flying above the river, eagles, geese, pelicans, and of course, the house's namesake: vultures! The sunsets are stunning and its the perfect place for star gazing.
