It is a beautiful house in a residential and quiet area. There are 6 en-suites with air-conditioning, bed and bath linens, a solar-heated swimming pool and a barbecue area. The daily rate of R$ 1,200 is for up to ten guests per day, plus R$ 100 for each additional guest. The leisure area is for the exclusive use of guests, restricted to guests and parties.
