IMPORTANT: A building is being constructed on the land opposite the property, with works taking place from Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, and on Saturdays from 7:30 am to 2:00 pm. There could be more noise than usual, apologize for any inconvenience caused. For this reason, special rates are being offered on a temporary basis. Kitchen equipped with full kitchenware, ceramic hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and microwave with grill. In the bathroom there is a washing machine with a capacity of up to 8 Kg of load. SMART TV. The terrace is separated from the one of the flat next door (similar features) by a door that is normally closed. Opening this door, both floors could be communicated by the outside. This would allow you to rent the two penthouses, thus allowing you to get a place up to 12 people in total.
