Only a pedestrian walkway separates the sea from the house. It has 232 m2 of built area and a total surface area of 546 m2. IMPORTANT changes 10/2023: Installation of air conditioning in the central area of the house. In 2019, a new kitchen, a four-person KAYAK, two bicycles, a wood-burning fireplace, board games, a BBQ grill, etc. were installed.

There is an open planned kitchen with white units, and appliances including a fridge-freezer, a microwave, electric oven, dishwasher, electric hob with two rings and self catering kitchen utensils. There is a cosy living space with a sofa and table with chairs glass sliding doors opening into the lovely balcony over the beach road and with beautiful views right around the bay and the beach. Ca Na Xidoia is decorated in a rustic style, with attention to detail in every corner. The ceilings are high with wooden beams, an open concept, a loft with an open kitchen and a mezzanine room with a low height, and a steep staircase. Its style has a lot of character but at the same time it has all the modern comforts, to enjoy a wonderful vacation. It has a Balinese bed, private pool, free WiFi, air conditioning, and heating.
