Very welcoming host and very easy communication The house is in a quiet location and is about 30/40 minutes drive from all the known places in Mallorca. The house is very good, very clean and well equipped (appliances, beach towels, hair dryer, play for the pool...). There were even products to help us out as soon as we arrived such as toothpaste, shampoo, coffee, tea, water bottles No complaints whatsoever, I will come back without hesitation.

Great place, very private at the end of a dirt road (need a car), lost in nature. Very few neighbors but far away and you cannot see other houses from Maria’s place. If you want a tranquil and serene place, this is it! The lap pool is very nice and the house is quaint and small but had all we needed. As mentioned by other reviews, the beds are not very comfortable and the phone/wifi extremely spotty.

The place is just great. It is perfectly equipped, nothing is missing for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Whether it's the barbecue or the air mattress to make the most of the pool. Its proximity to the autovia is convenient: it allows you to quickly reach Palma and the other points of interest of the island, while being far enough away to ensure a peaceful setting. The place is also very quiet and extremely functional, ideal for relaxing. Finally, a big thank you to Tomas and his wife, who were particularly available and helpful throughout the stay.

Jordi and Margalida were such incredible hosts. They were so sweet and so helpful with walking us through their beautiful property. Their airbnb had absolutely everything we could’ve asked for! Their home is so beautiful and I couldn’t have found a better stay than this one. Next time we’re in Mallorca, we’ll definitely be back!

Lovely stay at this townhouse in Pollensa. Well looked after accommodation and great location for access to Pollensa. Communication with host was excellent and we were able to check in early and check out late. Only downside was in October there was no sun at the house at all since it didn’t get high enough in the sky. We went to the beach instead which was fine but a shame not to enjoy the pool area. We would definitely return in the summer when I suspect it is a sun trap. Thank you so much we had a lovely stay.

We had a wonderful week of vacation here. Great house, great environment, great pool. The streets to the house are narrow but beautiful. Very quiet location in the nature reserve. But the internet reception is sometimes a bit slow, which did not bother us, as you can do many other nice things there. For us, it was a great place and a great place to vacation.

The house is very lovely—well furnished, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The pool was a real highlight, very nice and relaxing. Communication with Antonia was smooth and easy from start to finish. A few tips for future guests: we recommend booking the pool heating if you’re visiting during a cooler season—we did it and int was very nice. The outdoor cats are adorable and perfect for animal lovers, but they do leave a lot of hair on the outdoor furniture, so just be mindful of that. The rooms had high humidity, but the air driers provided managed it. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!

Spent a week here with my whole family. There was room and privacy for everyone, we could walk to the village, drive easily to the sea, and the property is quiet, peaceful and beautiful.

Fantastic location and wonderful charming property that couldn’t be better located,literally on top of all that Pollensa offers but still incredibly quiet. We had an issue with a faulty fridge/freezer and the owner had it replaced by the afternoon which was a super response. If you want authentic Spanish living with all the modern facilities you need then this property is perfect, as it is arranged over several floors may not suit elderly guests with mobility issues. Would highly recommend if you want quiet relaxing time but the convenience of being close shops, restaurants and bars.

Beautiful house, spacious and equipped with all the comforts. We were with 5 children from 3 years to 15 years old, we had a great time. Especially the pool table and ping pong table were favorites. Rooms spacious, with plenty of storage space and spacious bathrooms. Kitchen spacious and equipped with everything. Also the bbq well used! Cool pool. The location was a bit disappointing for us, just too far from the village to walk with small children. Car is recommended. Nice town and harbor. The hostess very helpful and had done groceries for us herself due to our late arrival. Definitely recommended!

We had high expectations for this house, but all of them were fullfilled. The surroundings and especially the huge garden is very special indeed. If you are looking for a relaxed house, which is very quite, this is the place. Driving through a couple of corners and you easily reach Soller, beaches and Palma is also not too far. The house itself was very clean and Miguel was easy and precise to communicate with.

We had a great stay at Gabriel’s place! The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is perfect – just a short walk to a beautiful beach, great restaurants, bars, a small SPAR with fresh croissants and baguettes, and a larger Mercadona supermarket. The kitchen had everything we needed: toaster, microwave, oven, basic spices, oil, plenty of dishes, cutlery, and glasses. We appreciated the baby crib, high chair, washing machine, dishwasher, and vacuum. The two bathrooms were a big plus for a family. The outdoor seating area was lovely and perfect for relaxing. Parking on the narrow street was a bit tricky with a rental car but still manageable. Communication with Gabriel was quick, helpful, and smooth throughout our stay. Everything was within easy reach. We’d definitely recommend this place and would love to come back for another stay!

We felt very comfortable in this beautiful house and found exactly what we were looking for in the seclusion. Located on the outskirts with a direct view over the fields to the mountains, just beautiful. The equipment of the house left nothing to be desired, was very lovingly designed and made us feel good from the first minute. Carola helped us in a very friendly way if we had a question. We will be happy to come back.

Girls few days away . 6 of us had a fabulous time . Spacious house . Easy bus ride into centre for shopping and lovely bars and restaurants near by . Worked well all round

Good location a few meters away from the city beach, air conditioners work well and the partly covered terrace offers protection even in occasional rain. The second toilet and shower are not located in the house but in the private courtyard, in good weather no problem. The garbage is picked up in front of the house daily at night. When the window is open, the alley next door can be heard at night (motorcycles, garbage collection, old cars). Customer service via messenger (09:00-17:00) was always very friendly and eager. Overall a good place for a group of friends.

Our stay in this house was excellent. The house is very comfortable, well equipped and has no lack of detail: from kitchen utensils to everyday essentials, everything was available. The rooms are spacious, nice, and each has air conditioning, which made our stay even more comfortable. The area is quiet but well connected, ideal for resting without being far from the main points of interest. Communication with the host was quick and very smooth at all times. Also, they were very flexible with the times, allowing us to get in earlier and check out later, which was very much appreciated. As a point of improvement, the water pressure was a little low and the shower was slow to warm up. In general, we highly recommend this house and would definitely come back.

Very nice house. Accomodation like on the pictures, good easy communication with Catalina. Huge advantage is that downstairs is huge garage where is left beach assortment ( umbrellas, mattresses) and toys for kids. Some balls matrices for swimming pool are as well outside to use. Localisation close to shops and few restaurants. Bed mattresses were too soft for us and king size bed is making a lot of sounds. Besides this huge benefit is that house has 3 bathrooms fully equipped. Could be better cleaned, drain in one of the shower was blocked. Beside this big recommendation! You will definitely find w erything you need there :)

Biel is a great host. He gave clear instructions before and during our stay. Thanks for the welcome gifts including the delicious local dessert that perfectly kicked start our vacation period. The house is spacious, comfortable and super clean. It is fully equipped even including what you need for beach. The house is very close to the center of the village, so bakeries and small groceries and in walking distance. Bigger supermarkets are a few minutes drive. The street is usually quiet, sometimes cars drive by but it really doesn't bother us. Thanks for the tip for paella restaurants from Biel. We had great paella with inexpensive price. If we come again to Mallorca, we would like to come back to this house.

We had a pleasant stay at Antoni's. The house is perfect for 4 people, comfortable and well equipped. The back yard is beautiful with lots of Mediterranean flowers and plants. The hot tub is also nice after a day of walking. The house is located in a very quiet hamlet, surrounded by orange orchards, lemon trees, fig trees, olive trees, almond trees and others... The proximity to many sites to visit nearby is an asset. This place is great for a great holiday. Highly recommend

Very comfortable home in a fantastic location. Would love to return. We went at the end of the season and so it was quiet and peaceful but restaurants were still open

Joana and her husband welcomed us very nicely! The accommodation is quietly located on the outskirts, the neighbors are sheep and chickens. In the village there are supermarkets and a bus going to Palma. The accommodation was good for excursions on the island. The house and garden are lovingly decorated. We felt very comfortable. The contact with the hosts was nice and we got a lot of recommendations. This place is especially suitable for a family. We had a lovely stay!
