A different place to stay, I thought to myself when I discovered the possibility. Breakfast in the boat's living room is great. If the sun is smiling in the morning, the day can only be good. And at full moon, the beer tastes especially good in the glass living room. It is also a clear recommendation from my side! **Host** - Sandro is the host you want (very personable, nice & thoughtful). - Inquiries were answered quickly & optimally at all times. **Location of the boat** - Berth pleasantly quiet! - Think about the luggage because of the way to the boat - Otherwise, everything is easily accessible nearby **Sanitary facilities** - PIN code access - Very clean and well-maintained - Hot showers incl. **Parking** - In short: We want paying guests! - Free parking in Kühlungsborn can be found on "Grüner Weg" - The nearest parking (Doberaner Str.) is only free for 2 hours! (Signage currently hidden by construction traffic lights!) Bicycle use is worth it! (also for luggage transport)

Hans' place was lovely and perfect for a peaceful New Year (no fireworks to be heard close enough to disturb our night). The house is cozy and has everything you need; the kitchen and utensils are the best I have encountered in all Airbnbs I have stayed in. The garden is big and the view of the lake is wonderful. One can spend a long time watching the birds in the lake. One point to notice from the garden in case you visit with dogs is that there is no fence between the neighbor's house and this one. The surroundings are also stunning. We loved walking to the archeological sites and exploring the nature around us, etc. We would recommend this place to anyone who likes to stay close to nature and enjoy a more quiet vacation.

We had two great weeks in the crane nest. The house is clean, cozy and well equipped, the surroundings are beautiful. You can sit wonderfully on the terrace or in the garden, is quickly on the lake to bathe and there are many opportunities for excursions in the area.

We were 6 people, 4 adults and 2 small kids. The house is perfect for a beach holiday. The house is located on a quiet side street and has parking and a small garden (incl. Beach chair). The decor is new, very tasteful and homely- just great to feel completely comfortable. We will come back for sure.

Our stay at this place was just fantastic. From the first moment, we felt at home here. The lakeside location was truly exceptional – every day we had a new, breathtaking view of the water, which varied depending on the light and weather. It was the ideal place to unwind and relax. At the same time, thanks to the central location, we were able to easily explore numerous beautiful cities and attractions in the area, such as Schwerin, Wismar and the island of Poel.

We were completely delighted with this tasteful place. Terrace overlooking the lake and 1 minute walk we were able to immerse ourselves in it. Everything was nice - our dog LUNA also liked it. And Annette is cool all around;-) One of our best Airbnb homes ;-) Susanne + Thorsten

The apartment was in a perfect location, very modern and well decorated. I found everything I need. The sauna is very nice and large the location is very good walking distance to the sea. A supermarket and a cinema are right nearby. I felt very comfortable and was able to work excellently from the apartment.

Part of a hotel complex, so a little confusing. But everything brand new and very nice. We felt comfortable Perfect with children. Unfortunately, only the restaurants of the complex were both closed.

The place is very nicely located - only 1 min. from the beach. Bakeries, restaurants, playgrounds, climbing forest are in walking distance. The apartment is as in the photos very nice and furnished to a high standard. We had a very nice time!

Beautiful place to stay! Everything was very clean and well equipped. The contact with the host was super friendly and straightforward. The small bookcase and the toys for our children were an absolute highlight. We will be happy to come back!

We enjoyed our stay at this cottage. The location in a well-kept holiday home complex is ideal for diverse excursions in the area. The house itself is excellently equipped – we didn't lack anything. It is particularly positive that all important basic items such as salt, pepper and other everyday items were also thought of. This allowed us to arrive directly and feel comfortable. Check-in via the rental agency was quick and completely straightforward. The contact with Bernd was very friendly and pleasant. We will be happy to come back – a clear recommendation!

Much too short was the little break (Friday to Sunday) with a friend in Stintje's house. The house, the decor, the terrace = great!! You can do a lot, e.g. hike around the lake, bike ride to the Elbe or to small beautiful places... or just sit on the terrace with tea or wine and in summer just jump into the lake. We will be happy to come back.

Kevin is a superbly friendly host. The bungalow is truly a place where you can make yourself at home quickly. Outside space is well sheltered so you can enjoy the rain if it happens. Kitchen has everything to make great meals. WiFi is fast. Bed is comfortable, adjacent areas quiet at night so great for restful sleep. Ideal location for visiting Wismar, Schwerin, Lübeck and Rostock. Perfect Autumn break!

As a family of four, we spent 10 very nice holidays in the house Nachtigall. The house is a new and is high quality and fully equipped. The roof terrace with large parasol, lounge furniture, gas grill, and gas fireplace is a real highlight, you have a very nice view over the lake from here. The house is located in the 3rd row of a small holiday home settlement as seen from the lake shore. The jetty used together with the other houses is only a few steps away and in good shape. In the lake you can swim, and paddle boarding and stand-up paddling are also possible. The landlord offers, among other things, SUPs at fair prices, which we liked to use. Crockery is more than enough in the house for 4 people, the equipment corresponds to or even exceeds the description and the pictures. Own parking space directly at the house, the house has a small garden with terrace / dining area, bicycle parking was also thought of. The landlord was super available throughout our stay and responded to all questions immediately, better not to do that. We would book again anytime.

We felt really comfortable with Sandra. It really equipped the accommodation with everything you need and nothing is missing. In the morning we could drink our coffee at the lake on the dock and enjoy the sun in the afternoon on the loungers. If you are looking for a quiet place to just unwind, it is just right here. The walk around the lake is also highly recommended.

Gladly again! The place was clear and check-in was easy and flexible. Alexandra then greeted us personally later and clarified all questions. The apartment has been very cozy and clean. We had nothing to complain about and the space was also sufficient for the 3 of us. For our son, enough employment was negotiating in the form of toys,etc. The location directly on the beach was perfect and it was also not far to Rostock. We couldn't use our little garden because of the weather, but it looked cute. Alex and her family were always available and very friendly and accommodating. We had a lot of fun We will be happy to come back.

The bungalow is wonderfully quiet, with a huge garden and a beautiful terrace with access to the nearby small swimming lake. The apartment is tastefully decorated, and offers everything for daily use. The communication with Ulrike and her father was pleasant and straightforward. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back!

4 adults on a short vacation, fall 2024, immediately felt very comfortable, charming decor in a mix of styles, everything needed was found, super condition of the apartment, excellent location quick, friendly communication with landlord Would we go back? Absolutely!
