The vacation home is located in the Sternberger Seenland Nature Park, is 200 years old and was formerly the ice house of the manor. It was completely renovated in 2017. The sauna, a canoe, a rowboat, a stand-up paddle as well as a table tennis table and badminton can be used free of charge. Groß Raden has an archaeological open-air museum with holiday programs and two restaurants. Fishing from the jetty or boat is possible. The Baltic Sea, Schwerin as well as Wismar and Rostock are about 45 km away.

Urban living comfort meets the lush nature of the Barnim Nature Park. Both together create the perfect setting for rest, relaxation and deceleration. Enjoy your stay in the Waldchaussee vacation resort in the resort town of Zislow on the Mecklenburg Lake District! A paradise for water sports enthusiasts, anglers and all those seeking tranquility, nature and relaxation. The private beach on Lake Plau is only about 150 meters from the apartment door. A boat mooring can be rented for €5 per day. On the other side of the vacation resort is the Große Pätschsee, which is known for its water quality and forest spirits.

Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The house & barn of the listed 3-sided courtyard are built in oak half-timbering. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the lime trees are pruned, the house can be seen in all its splendor. From May onwards, it slowly disappears behind shady foliage, and so remains wonderfully cool throughout the summer...

We rent a cozy 40 sqm apartment on the western outskirts of Malchow (Meckl.). It is an ideal base for exploring the Mecklenburg Lake District. For this purpose, two 28-inch bicycles with coaster brakes are also available if needed. Shopping and sports facilities, a cinema and a swimming area are 300 meters away. There is currently still a daily tourist tax of 1.50/2.00 euros per person.

Blue house on Lake Plauen

The vacation home is located in Quetzin. Over the last few years, we've renovated it from scratch. Lake Plau is only 100 m away. A nice swimming area is 3 minutes away. The sleeping loft is the highlight of the house. Unfortunately, the stairs up are very steep and not necessarily suitable for small children. A sofa bed is also available.
