Municipal tourist tax: The current rate is €10.45 per person, per night. It is not included in the reservation price and must be paid through online check-in. Whether seeking a romantic get-away or a family vacation, this modernist style 18th century palace is a completely refurnished luxury apartment and brand new penthouse located in the heart of Barcelona. The elevator reaches the third floor and a flight of stairs (24 steps) takes you to the apartment at the top floor. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. One with double bed, second one can be double bed or two single beds. Large living room area and terrace. Additional refrigerator and freezer space is at guests disposal in the storage room. It is not recommendable for young people looking for party. No Music after 10:30pm. No noise after 10:30 pm €9,50 per night, stay up to a maximum of 7 night Bicycles are not allowed in the building or apartment.

Home & Beach, First Class

It has 3 bedrooms (capacity for 5 people): 2 of them with 2 single beds each, which can be converted into a double bed, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, and a sofa bed for two people (EXTRA, see conditions). It's fully equipped and air-conditioned. The apartment is on the second floor, so you have to go up some stairs. The suite has an alarm system that is deactivated when guests are occupying it. There's only one motion sensor inside the apartment and a camera that takes photos outside the apartment, which is pointed at the door that leads to the street.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, each with 2 twin beds, which can be converted into a double bed and a sofa bed for two people, fully equipped and air-conditioned.

Portandbeach

Location: Apartment 1 minute away from the beach (nudist and textile) and the waterfront. 14 minutes from the metro, with views of the mountains and the port. Train 14 minutes away and bus in front of the building. Supermarket on the ground floor. To be considerate to your neighbours, we kindly ask you to keep things on the quieter side after 10 pm. The pool is shared and small, ideal for children (10 x 5 m). Parking is optional (€20/day).
