“Carlos and Beatrize are what hospitality means! by far the best hosts of our costa rica trip. They gave us many tips, everything was prepared for us and we had everything we needed in the apartment (where you can sometimes see the monkeys in the trees). We literally were in love with their special place they both made out of it. Wish you 2 all the best! :)”
Pequeña cabaña ubicada a 1.5km del pueblo de Punta Islita, Guanacaste, dirección a Santa Teresa. Frente a calle pública, supermercado a 2.0km. Muy accesible y con una maravillosa vista al Océano Pacífico. En la zona existen playas con avistamientos de tortugas y excelentes olas para surfear. Nuestros emblemas son los atardeceres mágicos y el contacto con la vida silvestre.
“Without a doubt better than what is seen in photos, this cabin is beautiful and with an incredible view. It has all possible amenities, especially if you want to avoid going to restaurants. The kitchen is well equipped. Take into account how rustic it is so there will be insects and constant animal sounds, but nothing to bother if they are prepared. It is quite private despite being on the side of the road and if they need anything they have the hosts nearby and with all the provision.”
This wooden house in the middle of the Costa Rican jungle. It is 5 minute drive to Puerto Carrillo beautiful beach and 3 minute drive to groceries store. The third floor bedroom is 140sq feet and is like a "tree house" (with no walls). Tree canopy in front of your bed. It has mosquito net. This is a the perfect vacation house if you love nature. This is a combination between a beach and a jungle house. Christmas and New Year there is a minimum stay of one week. For Easter minimum 4 days.
“I’m not sure where to begin on this one... We were fortunate enough to spend a month here and will forever remember the incredible experience it was to actually live in the jungle with my family. There were some mornings I woke up and looked out my window and just watched the monkeys make their way through the trees as I sat in bed. I didn’t even need to get out of bed!!! Amazing! The jungle is full of life... it’s mesmerizing. Birds and bugs, trees and flowers, lizards and monkeys, we were in awe of it all. And that is all before I even start to mention the house.... the house is amazing. After 3 weeks of living there, I was still finding new details in the mosaics or architecture. There is a lot of shaded places to hang out that stay cool all day. I asked everyone in my family what their favorite thing was about the house. My 5 year old daughter said her favorite was gathering things in the yard to use for arts and crafts. My favorite thing was seeing the monkeys cross through the property so frequently. My wife her favorite part was being surrounded by trees. The host Kattia is one of the kindest people I have met in my travels. She is so warm and kind. Her peaceful energy can be felt throughout the house and the details of her mosaic artwork. She made me feel like I had a Costa Rican mother, looking out for my family while we were here. It was a magical time for my family. We were able to live in a fairytale house the will forever shape the imagination of my daughters minds. Kattia, I can’t thank you enough for your kindness and hospitality. Your a saint! Thanks for providing us with this special time. Be well! Jim”
