You can walk anywhere in minutes & go barefoot to the beach! NOTE: We do NOT (yet!) have AC (planned for mid-2026), but plenty of fans for air flow!

Welcome to one of five Blue Zones! Casa Tranquila is a BRAND NEW villa in the hills of Samara. This contemporary villa offers a chef's kitchen, a private pool, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The main area, as well as both bedrooms, are air conditioned. There is a covered dining area, a daybed with shade, and an outdoor shower. High teak ceilings were used in the home's architecture to promote airflow and natural light. The house has a designated workspace making it perfect for remote work.
