The place is incredibly comfortable, even for long stays. Roberto is a very attentive host, and the place has everything you need and more: a spectacular view, safe parking, a comfortable pool and a cozy atmosphere that really feels like home. Fantastic reclining sofas almost won't let us get out and explore the region haha The B-side: some weekends there may be noise, like the neighbors of the houses downstairs singing loud karaoke. In addition, the location is somewhat away from the sea and the city center, so it is highly recommended to arrive by car and be prepared to climb high inclined streets. Despite these details, we really enjoyed our stay in the apartment and definitely recommend it to visit the beautiful Iquique!

Thanks to María Cristina and her husband, who were so kind to wait until late for our income, since due to work issues, we were late to arrive. It was a place of rest and cozy.

Comfortable apartment, as shown in the pictures. The communication with Johnny, the owner, was excellent. The price is affordable and everything was great in general. The only thing I would suggest improving is the key delivery system: it would be ideal to be able to remove them (next to the reception control) and leave them in the same place when you leave. Other than that, everything was perfect. 100% recommended.

Trip with family is ideal the house is big , most lodgings in iqq is one bedroom , this stay is ideal when more people travel. Close to the mall , supermarkets , cavancha steps . The property has everything in the kitchen for a good stay . Recommended and in parking it serves for large vehicle as a double cab pickup.

Nice cozy family place, excellent hosts helped us with everything we needed, they were waiting all the time. We hope to return to Iquique very soon and definitely stay in the same place 5 out of 5 stars

Very clean place with good features. Clean and good spaces. Private parking is only for a small car and a little awkward. Street parking very steep and limited. You need a car to get to and from here in our opinion
