This apartment is in such an great locatiin! ajust steps from one of the best beaches on the Costa del Sol: Carvajal Beach. It's a spacious and easily laid out one-bedroom apartment, ideal for couples or families with children. It features a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, and high-speed Wi-Fi - ideal for working remotely. You won't need a car, as it's located a 5-minute walk from Carvajal train station and 20 meters from the bus stop. There are many restaurants and shops nearby too!

The apartment is located in the new Seaview reserve of El Higueron near the trainstation of Carvajal. This unique place has a style all its own. Incredible seaviews and carefully selected interior design. The location can not be better as the trainstation is a 1 minute walk away. Beach, restaurants and supermarkets within 5-10mins walk. Guests should be aware there is a short but relatively steep hill to walk up from the train station to the entrance
