Super cozy studio apartment in authentic Spanish environment 200 meters from the beach. Local church, ice cream shop, supermarket, restaurants, bakery, butcher, bars and disco. Just opposite the apartment, there is a nice sports facility with fitness, cross fit, paddle, pool, teaching of various sports and cafeteria. Access is purchased on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. The apartment's window section can be opened completely, from which there is a view of the park and sports field and a view of the sea. Clothesline, sunbathing area and lookout post from the roof terrace.

Located in the very popular area of La Zenia, it is only a 5 minute walk to one of the most famous and popular beaches at the Costa Blanca.
