Old 'alpendre' (porch) recently transformed for residential use in Santa Lucía de Tirajana. The alpendre was the house of the animals. The most valued and difficult to keep were the cows. There used to be two per property. The cows' part is now the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The goats and the donkey were housed in the other rooms that are now the bedrooms, and the current bathroom was the place where the grass was deposited for the rest of the day, as it was usually picked in the morning.

This duplex is located in the Bahia Meloneras phase 1 complex, in the newest area in the south of the island near the Maspalomas lighthouse and surrounded by 5-star hotels. The house is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The bungalow is facing to the street, it has direct access and easy parking in front of the door, the entire street is a free parking area. The pool is only a few meters from the house, with many sunbeds and umbrellas. Internet Wi-Fi is included.

The Young Lady

La Señorita is located in a prime spot within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. Spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen-living room. The building dates from the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can accommodate a maximum of six people. The décor and the ambience are very well thought out. It has several terraces and a garden. The swimming pool is shared with our other property, Casa Catina (max 4 people).

Eni's House

The house is a typical Canarian house with more than 200 years old, which has been restored in recent years and decorated with great affection, giving it a youthful and modern look. It maintains the original structure of the time, when the houses had rooms overlooking a courtyard. In order to maintain its historical value,in each of them we have enabled the bathroom, bedroom and living room kitchen. All surrounded by an open-air patio, with hammock and seating area.

Casa Catina is located in the village of Huerta del Barranco, in the natural park of Tejeda, Gran Canaria. The village has recently been nominated by “(SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN)” as the first of the seven rural wonders of Spain. With its volcanic scenery, the impressive nearby rock faces Bentaiga and Nublo, and many different varieties of subtropical plants, it benefits from a truly unique natural setting, ideal for relaxing and for many outdoor activities.

Casa Azul - Welcome to the chicken house

The chicken coop used to be here. But there's almost nothing left to see of it. The rock walls create a pleasant microclimate and the large windows let in a lot of light and also overlook the slope. You can relax on the terrace and after an eventful day, the rain shower awaits in the wellness oasis. By car, you can also quickly change the "chip". 15 minutes to the beach, 25 to Las Palmas and 30 to the south.

My sunny apartment in the best area of Meloneras, very close to the beach,shopping centres, supermarket, restaurants and others... whit free parking for cars and very close to the bus station. Is a safe place and a quite complex. The apartment takes all the sun from during the day till the afternoon. Include all the things for the kitchen, towels and free internet too... :)

Chalet located a few meters from Meloneras beach, shops and restaurants. A 15-minute walk away is the Maspalomas Lighthouse, Maspalomas Beach, the bus station, shopping areas, supermarkets and restaurants.
