Precioso y acogedor piso recién reformado íntegramente en el mismo centro de la ciudad, a 100 m. de la playa de San Lorenzo, rodeado de todo tipo de servicios, en plena zona comercial y de ocio. 80m cuadrados distribuidos en amplio salón comedor, cocina americana totalmente equipada, 3 dormitorios (2 matrimoniales y uno individual) y dos cuartos de baño completos (uno de ellos en suite en dormitorio principal).Cuarta planta completamente exterior, en esquina, orientación sur-este, muy luminoso.

Precioso apartamento totalmente reformado y a estrenar en 2ª línea de playa. 6 pax. Dos habitaciones con cama doble (160x200). Dormitorio principal con estudio privado muy acogedor. Salón con sofá cama doble (160x200). Dos baños completos con ducha, uno en la habitación principal. Armarios en las habitaciones. Amplio salón comedor con increíble cocina americana. Apartamento exterior, totalmente equipado y amueblado para el máximo confort. Wifi y Smart TV. Dispone de ascensores.

Ideal accommodation for families as it consists of three bedrooms: two double and one single and two full bathrooms (one in the master bedroom). San Lorenzo beach is 150 meters away. Brand new La Playa apartment (Jun24)

Great new apart to work out with nice ocean view from the living room. Nice in summer and quiet in winter. The view and listening to the sounds of the sea give a lot of calm. It has a couch to enjoy this while you read. Ideal for couples, couples with baby (services for infants included) and also for family with 2 children. Walk to the beach, in the Marina itself. Perfect for enjoying pleasant days in Asturias. Water sports in summer and beach walks in winter.

El Rincon de San Lorenzo, a newly renovated apartment with a lot of love, is located in a privileged location, a few meters from San Lorenzo beach, close to parking lots, restaurants, cider houses, shops and places of interest. We offer free parking located a few meters from the house, on weekdays from 8:00 PM to 10:00 AM, and free all day on weekends and holidays.
