Ski-in/Ski-out holiday rentals in Playa del Carmen

Antonio‘s house was absolutely wonderful and everything we hoped for. The outdoor living space is phenomenal and where we spent all of our time when at the house. The kitchen was well equipped, and if there was anything that we needed, we were provided it after asking. Each bedroom was comfortable and had its own bathroom, a bonus when traveling with other people. If Antonio offers for you to visit his glamping facility and take the jungle tour, take him up on it! It was one of our favorite parts of the trip. A couple things we were unaware of the pleasantly surprised by: - The house comes along with a housekeeper that stays a minimum of two hours per day. She is incredibly sweet and will assist with anything you may need, whether it be dishes, laundry, cooking etc. - The house itself is in a gated community. Shame on us for not researching the area so we were quite surprised, but also ended up having a really fabulous time with so much going on around us. There were tons of restaurants, a beautiful beach, great areas to walk around, and lots of close towns to visit. We did not rent a car so so we ended up renting a golf cart to get around Puerto Aventuras. This worked out fabulous and just provided an extra element of fun for the trip. All of the locals seem to be taking Covid extremely serious. That was a bonus for us and much appreciated when visiting different areas. Thank you Antonio and Ayda!

The house is spacious for a large family (my family was 10 adults and 1 child). Clean well, furniture well. The location is excellent because everything is close by. There is enough parking. We used the washer and dryer once and if they worked very well. The pool we did not use it although if we visited it and the neighbors told us they had to give us a card to have access. Communication with Adin and Leticia was minimal but assertive. If I had the opportunity to book the same place, I would, although I could look for more options within the area.

Elsa was an amazing host! we spent 7 days there and they change the sheets and towels every 3 days which was nice. the room we rented wasn't available so Elsa ensured to put us in a unit with equal or more value which was amazing! the unit is walking distance to numerous beaches, tourist attractions but also local spots depending on what you want. will stay here in the future!

Caro and Anita were responsive to requests and their place was just what my wife and I were looking for which is peaceful a relatively short distance away from the city of San Miguel. Definitely recommend staying at their place, thanks again Caro and Anita!

Everything is excellent, just a couple of things, it is difficult to try to cook with the kitchen pans and also adjust the amount and temperature of the shower water.

Brand new unit in a brand new building, so it was sparkling clean. Comfy bed, rain shower, well stocked kitchen (I really appreciated having little extras like storage containers and sharp knives!) Reliable and fast internet. Nice balcony overlooking some dense woods; a great place to enjoy morning coffee and listen to the birds. Or go up to the roof to watch the sun rise. Beautiful pool up there, as well as a laundry room. The small gym and BBQ area on the roof weren't completed during my stay. The only negative about the apartment is that it is located in the building so that there is very little natural light during the day. Always had to have the lights on. The location is close to the action (about a 5 minute walk to the main square/pier) and grocery store, restaurants, bars and taxis, but far enough away to be quiet in the evening. Andres was a great host and I would not hesitate to stay at this apartment again.

We had an amazing stay in Playa del Carmen! First off—location, location, location! Everything you could possibly need is within a 5-minute walk: restaurants, shops, the beach—you name it. The apartment was exactly as pictured. It was super clean, spacious, and comfortable. We stayed for 6 nights and appreciated the mid-stay cleaning service, which kept everything feeling fresh. Maria was fantastic with communication from start to finish. Our check-in and check-out was seamless, and also accommodated our late arrival and early departure. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again!

Ruben's place is really great. it is modern, feels like just built - like a brand new one. The place has a good level of home automation, a lot of kitchen tools, great grill. The place is well furnished. Kids loved the place as well as us. the location is perfect - next to the spacious pool and then an awesome beach is next to the pool. Air-conditioning is working great and there are several fans in the apartment and on the patio. We really felt like home.

I can't say enough great things about not only the condo itself but Carlos as a host. If you're looking for the perfect location just a few blocks off hustle and bustle of 5th Ave, look no further. My wife and I both work from home so we wanted to find a place large enough to spread out yet feel like we were back home. The boho vibes of this place were spot on for what we were looking for. We have been to Playa a number of times and found that this neighborhood is far and away the best we've experienced. Literally walk out the door and there are so many awesome options to eat and grab a drink. Don't miss out on Fuego Santo for an Argentinian steak and Basic Foodie for the best coffee and chill cafe vibes. And Carlos, you can't ask for a better host. He was so welcoming and gave us a ton of options prior to our stay for everything we could have wanted or needed during our stay. A 10/10 and would 100% stay here again on our next trip to Playa. Jessica and Rodrigo are great hosts! If you opt for tranquility close to the sea, this is the place. 30 Minutes Walking Downtown. (We walk in the shade, into the jungle. ) At dusk there are mosquitoes. But only when it's dark. Impeccable pool. Free apartment cleaning service on request. Big water bottle replaced at will. New appliances, even a blender to make your margaritas! I would highly recommend!
