Son Blanc, 1 km from Ciutadella, between the beaches of Platja Gran (900 meters) and Sa Caleta (400 meters). 120 m2 surface area, all on the ground floor, on a 630 m2 plot. Entrance, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and large living room with large windows with access to the rear terrace, with a swimming pool (fenced) surrounded by artificial grass. The lower floor has the master bedroom, with a dressing room and a nice bathroom with a jacuzzi and shower, 2 single bedrooms and 1 double, and a bathroom.

Villa Diana is a large bright villa and every care has been taken to ensure it caters for all of your families needs. Just a 12-minute walk from the resort centre and all the restaurants, bars and entertainment and just a little further to the stunning cove beach. The pool is heated in May and October to ensure your comfort and enjoyment and the sun terrace is surrounded by a beautiful mature tropical garden. Please note, the villa is located on a steep hill.
