Traditional menorquin architecture from 19th century in original shape- distribution of the bedrooms visible in the fotos, please mind the floorplan Perfect for one or two big families. Sonos Multiroom Soundsystem in the house and terrace. Great views Private, quiet area and no near neighbors. Just a 10-15min drive to beaches or to Mahon, 800m to San Clemente with groceries and restaurants.

The house enjoys a vast space that includes a modern kitchen entirely equipped, a dining room with a long table and a comfortable living room with a chimney. It has a large terrace overlooking the garden, porches, fireplaces, barbecue, air conditioning and heating… Very spacious and comfortable. Quiet area 7 km from downtown Palma, airport, and beaches. Supermarkets 1km away. Ideal for relaxing, island tours, cycling etc... We love pets, so bring them ;-)
