Gil and Bernie’s place at Pueblo Del Mar was great! Checkin was a breeze. The home was beautiful with everything we needed. Gil and Bernie were very responsive and answered any questions on the area that we needed help with. The unit is right across from the pool that our kids loved, and spent majority of their time in. Gil and Bernie had kids floaties for the pool and toys for the beach. This place is set up for a family of 4. Very clean, just like the pictures and the description. The air conditioners and fans worked well and kept the place cool in the hot Tamarindo weather. If you are looking for a place that is quiet and in a good location in Tamarindo, this is the place. We would book again when coming back to Tamarindo. Thanks for everything Gil and Bernie.

Courtney’s place was in the perfect location. No more than a 10-minute walk to great food and the beach. It is far enough to be quiet and peaceful, while close enough to get everything you need. Wonderful experience here and Courtney is super communicative throughout.

We have an incredible stay at Villa Tranquila. The pool and patio area are private, spacious and offer a stunning view of Playa Hermosa. The house was very clean with spotless tile flooring throughout, large en-suite bathrooms, very well stocked kitchen and supplies. Deborah was quick to respond to things that came up - the safe was repaired quickly and an empty propane tank was replaced within minutes of reporting it. Deborah gave us ideas on activities and restaurants and Fernando the property manager is friendly and cheerful. I agree with others that a 4 wheel drive vehicle is needed for steep streets. We will recommend this property to others and will stay here again if we ever return to Costa Rica.

Me and my family loved every minute. Great pool. 2 minutes walking to the beach. Definitely we are coming back.

The unit is close to everything. Grocery store is just a short walk, the beach a short walk and lots of restaurants to pick from. Every evening we had margaritas on the beach watching the beautiful sunset. Tamarindo is one of our favorite places in the world and this was a good place to stay with a pool, beach towels, washer and dryer, good kitchen and comfortable living area. Note to anyone renting this unit, if you don't do stairs realize there are three stories of tiled steps to the top master bedroom, which we didn't mind even though we are seniors as it's good exercise. It's a great bedroom with AC and a balcony and bathroom. We were very comfortable there. The rental agency is super helpful and quickly responsive. We had our transport from the airport set up with them and when our shuttle was late, we just called Kattia and she took care of it promptly. Even an email on Sunday morning was answered within minutes. Ellen is a person you can trust. The location is fantastic.

The location is divine, in the afternoon we could see many monitos, the pool is very pleasant. We had a great time! :)

Tina’s place was exactly as described. The units are really charming and we felt like we were in a little community into itself. The wifi was super fast and my husband, a video producer, was able to edit some work and upload videos quickly so we could get back to vacationing. There is a grocery store within walking distance and the beach is about a 12-minute walk away.

This is a perfect location was ideal for our family it close to everything we needed yet far enough to enjoy the serenity. The view from balcony is gorgeous and pool was quite refreshing. Aaron was very responsive and also very helpful in recommending places that were reliable for us to do excertions. Enjoyed our time here an will certainly come back.

Kim's place was absolutely breathtaking and the view from the balcony is stunning. We had everything we needed and we felt super comfortable and at home. A minor issue with the lightbulbs in the kitchen that Kim was quick to correct and make sure that we had a resolution. Thank you so much for that. All in all a beautiful place to spend a quiet vacation with the family and enjoy spectacular views.

We were a group of 8 adults and 2 children and we had an excellent time, the house is very comfortable and the pools are very good. The view is absolutely 🤩

Had an amazing stay! Josue was incredibly proactive and helpful throughout, always keeping us informed and making sure everything went smoothly. His recommendations were spot-on! The location was super central—right by all the main spots and great restaurants. The only minor drawback was the steep uphill walk to the villa. It’s doable on foot, but can feel like a lot after a night out—I’d recommend renting a golf cart if you’re not up for the climb. Also, the water pressure in the first-floor bedroom was a bit weak, but aside from that, it was a wonderful place!

The house was beautiful, just like the photos. Our host Fabrizio was outstanding! He was so extremely helpful throughout our whole stay. The house is close to the main street so, we didn't have to go far to the grocery store or restaurants. We opted not to rent a car and use Uber. That was wonderful, the only issue was some drivers weren't extremely familiar with the address but when we learned to tell tell them, when you go up the hill make the first left, it was much easier. Overall, wonderful and relaxing stay. Thank you!

The place is relatively new, it's super comfortable, we loved the distribution and decoration. It is a special area for families, we look forward to returning soon.

Loved the place and people within the condo complex were really nice. Great for families - pool is really warm and clean and it’s a short walk to Coco Beach. Convenient location and had everything we needed to prepare meals. Close walk to coffee shops and restaurants. Would stay here again.

Only stayed for one night, but it was lots of fun for the kids. Wish we could have stay an extra night. The condo was very nice and had everything we needed and more. The extra cot was nice as there was five of us and lots of room to hang out. The roof top patio was awesome!! The six pools were great and the adults only section was plus for a quiet place away from the kids. Grounds were immaculate. Very well maintained. Very convenient to walk down to the beach or to a the coffee shop.

Had a wonderful stay here. Very close to the beach and several restaurants and bars. Security guards were extremely friendly. The pools were nice when they were clean. Having three bathrooms was a nice bonus. Kitchen was fairly large. 10/10 would go back.

I highly recommend Jeremy's place, very cozy and well equipped. We had a problem on New Year's and he still helped us and solved it on that date. Don't hesitate on booking this place!

Continent and the best time. Easy walk to the beach.

We had a wonderful week in CR! One of our best vacations! The location of the condo unit was perfect - next to the nicest pool. It felt like a small neighbourhood community where everyone’s friendly, sociable and shares information. Outside the porch is a huge nance fruit tree that dropped fruits that look like golden berries but have a weird taste. The complex staff come by regularly to pick them up and eat them, and it also attracted iguanas so we got to see a few big ones up close. They’re cautious around people so they don’t come too close. The sound of all the different bird calls in the early morning was incredible. Sometimes you can hear monkeys in the distance during the night. The highlight of our trip was the sunset catamaran snorkelling booze cruise. We would have gone twice if time permitted. We’ll have to come back since in a week we didn’t get to do everything we wanted to. The owners and their local guy Luis are amazing!

We really enjoyed our stay at Amy's. Her place is the best place to stay in Ocotal. Very close to beach. Several days, we found ourselves alone on the beach. Her place is just a few steps from pool yet private with all the beautiful gardens. It is also is very close to Father Roosters to grab something to eat or drink. Access to the two clubs was also nice. Ocotal is a quiet place to stay but offers easy access to everything in Coco. We got around by golf cart. We stayed an entire month. At the end of the first two weeks cleaning lady came. She cleaned everything including rooms we hadn't gone into. She left the place spotless. The place had everything you need for an extended stay. Beds where very comfortable. Amy was very responsive to our question, always got back to us quickly. If headed that way again, we will most definitely stay there again. Amy is a great person with a wonderful rental property. My wife and I highly recommend this place

I couldn’t figure out the digital lock (you have to press the numbers that appear to make them disappear and then enter the entry code) and Luis sent a someone to help me within moments. Luis followed up several times to make sure everything was ok and that we were happy with the place. The apartment was HUGE - it easily could have slept 12. Lots of rooms and each of them spacious. It was really comfortable. The only downside was there was no furniture or closets to unpack into. The pool was lovely and really appreciated on hot evenings. The other guests were quite social- in a good way! My family really enjoyed our stay.

We loved our stay at this private townhouse in Playa Hermosa. Secure, peaceful, and beautifully located. It is just minutes from the beach with a stunning ocean-view and pool. The home was clean, well-equipped, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Morning coffee and sunset dips made it unforgettable. Highly recommend!

Loved our stay here! Comfortable and clean digs, AC worked well, and in the cutest little gated community with a pool. Walkable to the beach and all the bars/restaurants. Highly recommend.
