The apartment is located in a former pine tree forest. Fortunately some of them have survived urbanization, which give life today to the neighborhood. While you take your walk to the beach mornings, the fresh aroma of the pine trees will wake you up. The beach is quite spacious, and many bars and restaurants offer they services. Spectacular, new construction, 170 Sq meter apartment on the top floor of a two storie villa, not more than 2 minutes walk from the sea. There are 2 bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom and a veranda around 100 Sq meter. The living room and the veranda have a very beautiful wiew and are great for relaxing.
