GITE DE LA "PIAIS" IN THE COUNTRYSIDE

Welcome to the country of the Vilaine valleys, a stone's throw from the Corbinières valley between Rennes – Nantes and Redon, in the "Piais" cottage in Guipry-Messac (green station, 1st ecotourism label in France). The cottage is a building on my farm where I came as a little girl to milk the cows with my mom. It fell into ruin and I was able to renovate it 10 years ago and equip it inside and out so that you can enjoy it with your families and friends.

The Tertre de la Nouette

The cottage is located on the first floor of a newly renovated stone farmhouse, in the heart of a hamlet. The entrance is independent (access via an external staircase). You can park in front of the garage of the house. A terrace and a small garden are also available. This place is ideal if you want peace and quiet in a preserved environment. Bike & walking trails are numerous in the area. The Chateaubriant/Guipry Messac greenway is 5 km from the house.

Ground floor with fitted kitchen, upstairs 1 bedroom bed 140 x 190, shower room and toilet. (Access to the floor via a staircase with staggered steps). Flexible check-in times, to be agreed together. We offer part of a home that can accommodate 2 adults, with a large bedroom, equipped with a kitchenette (Ideal for a couple and two children). For employee bookings over several weekdays, the maximum capacity will be 2 people. Place for hikers, cyclists... etc. Located not far from the Vilaine towpath and at the foot of the Sentier des Biches.
