The Country House

An 87-square-metre, single-storey, air-conditioned house between Angoulême and Poitiers. The house welcomes you for a quiet and relaxing stay. It has three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds. The bright living room comprises a living-dining room and kitchen of about 40 square metres. It has a fibre optic connection. A large bioclimatic pergola, an enclosed garden and a garage are available. Everything you need for enjoyment and safety.

The cottage is located in Caunay in the south of Deux-Sèvres, with quick access to the N10: - Futuroscope (45 minutes) - Marais Poitevin (1 hour) - Angoulême (45 min) - La Rochelle (1.5 hours) As well as many walks and tours (parks, castles, etc.)

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Complimented with the use of our communal 12x6m pool, a games barn and a jungle gym. Private rear dining area with access to the grounds. With use of your own internet, and sounds of nature but yet with all the activities you want.
