Charming studio with mezzanine, located in the heart of the city of painters made famous by Paul Gauguin and the Pont-Aven School of Painting. The studio is located in one wing of our house and you have two entrances to get there. You have an outdoor dining area at the foot of the staircase and a terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs. The garden and terrace can be lit in the evening. You are 200 metres from the city centre and museum and close to the harbour.

This is a fisherman's house (Pen Ty) renovated in 2014, comfortable, completely redone in 2017 and furnished in a practical and warm way the same year. It is located in the village of Trez Kermaléro, (near the small port of Loch), in the municipality of PRIMELIN. For fishing enthusiasts, surfers and hikers, or just those who love to relax!

The lime walls are carefree neighbors with the linen or cotton curtains, while the wood floors creak just enough to signal the life that animates the house. Ideally located between Pointe du Raz and Pointe du Van and overlooking Baie des Trépassés.

Close to the beaches and the coastal path, its location is ideal for enjoying Cap Sizun and its still wild nature.
