Semi-detached cottage, adjoining a second independent and renovated cottage, located in a farmhouse on our property, a former farm in the heart of the Plomelin countryside. Close to the Odet and its hiking trails, the accommodation is ideally located halfway between Quimper and Pont-l'Abbé, 10 minutes from the beaches and 2 km from local shops. You will enjoy a quiet and green environment, as well as a garden shared with the occupants of the second cottage.

300 m from the sea, this renovated farmhouse offers you the calm of its inner courtyard and orchard. The whole property is fully fenced. On the ground floor you will find a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, a living room with office area and fireplace as well as a bathroom. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with a 160 bed, one bedroom with a 160 pull-out bed and a 90 bed, and also a mezzanine with sofa bed. Towels and bed linens are provided.
