You will have the pleasure of enjoying a lively and relaxing landscape by the sea. We offer relaxation sessions with sea views around 9 p.m. in the evening. The 30 m² "BEACH" apartment with its 16 m² private terrace consists of a living room with equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with a bed for 2 people (quality bedding, bed made on arrival) and a private shower room. Saint Nic is the perfect central base for checking out Finistère. In the immediate vicinity you will find cafes and bakeries, restaurants and creperies.

Located on the 2nd and top floor, in a quiet residence overlooking the port rhu, 51 m2 furnished tourist apartment. You can walk to the center of Douarnenez with all its shops, supermarket open from 7am to 9pm, the museum, ports, beaches… free parking next to the apartment, garage available for bicycles, and possibility to park in the garage. Please note, the garage is very small (see pictures).

Come and take a trip to the end of the earth in Douarnenez, in our 30 m2 apartment, completely renovated in June 2021, at the Pointe de Tréboul residence. 10 steps from the water, you will enjoy at every moment the spectacle of the sea, the view of Tristan Island, the activity of the marina with its sailing school and the many old rigs that cross in front of the terrace.

Chez Tant' Guite. Located in a quiet area between the countryside and the sea, this renovated Breton house from 1882 combines the charm of the old and the contemporary. You can appreciate the proximity to the hiking trails and the Goyen River (Finistère-29). You will enjoy a large room overlooking the wooden terrace and the garden.

Relax in this 45 m2 quiet and elegant accommodation, take a moment outdoors to relax under a large mulberry tree in its large flowery garden with sea view. 200 m from the beach and the GR34. Summer is a very popular season for us and to better manage arrivals and departures via our work, our rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
