This house, located a 5-minute walk to the sandy beaches, is the perfect place to get away from it all. You will appreciate its friendly side, fitted and equipped kitchen open to a large living room that will satisfy the whole family. The terrace, sheltered from the winds and from being overlooked, has garden furniture and a barbecue, enclosed garden. The house has 3 bedrooms, located close to summer entertainment, shops, Sunday market, nautical center and GR34.

Charming home 5 minutes to the beach

This stone house is close to beautiful beaches (Bertheaume, Trez-Hir ...) and activities: cinema, sailing school, seawater pool... coastal path (GR34). The market town and its shops (bakery, primeur, wine shop, pharmacy, post office) are a few steps away. One large bedroom with double bed 160x200 desk and chair. A 2nd bedroom with double bed 140x190. The house has now been equipped with very high speed (fiber) speed internet since November 2024.

Cottage at the foot of the GR34

Ideally located at the foot of the GR34, close to the beaches and shops of the village of Porspoder. Within our garden, we offer you our guest house. You will have a living room with everything you need for cooking, a shower room on the ground floor, upstairs a beautiful bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, 1 toilet. Bed linen and towels provided. Wood-burning stove (50 dm3 possible to order at time of booking for an additional €17).
