Vacations and stays in a quiet subdivision, house that can accommodate 10 people (11 if children) with private heated pool from April 21 to the end of Sept. SPA open year-round. Enclosed land. In Ploeren, shops 10 minutes' walk away. Gulf of Morbihan 7 minutes by car (Arradon). Vannes 5 min away. Parties are forbidden and the pool after 10 p.m. No requests without comment. Possibility to rent a boat on the Gulf of Morbihan, subject to availability. In July and August, rental is from Saturday to Saturday.

The house has just been completely renovated (2024) and can accommodate 10 guests in 5 bedrooms; 3 bathrooms, and a sauna on a total area of 200 m2. Quietly located, it is an ideal place to spend a relaxing time with family or friends with the 5000 m2 wooded park.
