Modern guest suite, at the side of a double fronted, end-terraced Victorian house with it's own private entrance and courtyard. In a leafy conservation area of Plymouth,near to the popular Royal William Yard and approximately 30 mins walk from the historic Barbican and Plymouth Hoe and the City Centre. There is a large bedroom/living area with a superking bed which can also be made into 2 twin beds on request.Also, a galley kitchen area and shower room. Soundproofed from the rest of the house.

Spacious, self-contained first floor apartment, with private entrance, in quiet area with many local facilities. Plymouth city centre is just over a mile away, whilst the sea is two miles. It's an ideal base from which to explore Cornwall (only five miles away), Dartmoor, and the wider south Devon area. Sorry, no group or party bookings. One-night bookings are available on request, subject to a 50% premium. There's no self-check-in facility, as we like to welcome our guests face-to-face.

Free parking included TVs: 55inch lounge + 28inch bedroom. It’s a quiet location, on the edge of Plympton St Maurice. 4-min walk to Plympton Ridgeway with pubs, shops and restaurants There are 15 steps down to the Annex so it is not suitable for people with limited mobility or health issues.
