Casa Verrua offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and a pay-per-use electric vehicle charging station. The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. The building is protected by a mosquito control system. Casa Verrua is close to fascinating cities such as Asti, Alba, Turin, Milan and Genoa.

You can live in an ancient cave house built by stone quarrymen and renovated respecting the historical features but with all modern comforts. The environment you will find will be unique, enveloping, so you can immerse yourself in an oasis of serenity and tranquility. You can also take advantage (included in the price) of the Wellness Area equipped with a Turkish bath, sauna, emotional shower and hydromassage tub with waterfall and be pampered by our massages. The accommodation is on the first floor of the house, with independent entrance and garden. We are at few minutes from Alba, Bra, Barolo, La Morra, Neive, Barbaresco and the main points of interest in Langhe and Roero. Moreover we are 45 minutes from the city of Turin, which can therefore be visited in one day.
