Casa Verrua offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and a pay-per-use electric vehicle charging station. The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. The building is protected by a mosquito control system. Casa Verrua is close to fascinating cities such as Asti, Alba, Turin, Milan and Genoa.

You can live in an ancient cave house built by stone quarrymen and renovated respecting the historical features but with all modern comforts. The environment you will find will be unique, enveloping, so you can immerse yourself in an oasis of serenity and tranquility. You can also take advantage (included in the price) of the Wellness Area equipped with a Turkish bath, sauna, emotional shower and hydromassage tub with waterfall and be pampered by our massages. Welcome to Romagnano, just 10 km from Verona. This is where Al Sicomoro was born, a prestigious and charming villa, guaranteeing relaxation. In an oasis of peace and tranquility, surrounded by unspoiled nature, we rent a small rustic mountain villa that is part of an ancient fief of the castle of Belforte (in Borgo Val di Taro), completely renovated while maintaining an ancient state of preservation. It enjoys a beautiful panoramic view of the Taro valley up to the Ligurian mountains. It is surrounded by chestnut woods and centuries-old oaks, just a 10-minute drive from Borgo Val di Taro, the main village.

Moscato House, Vineyard & Private Pool

Casa Moscato is a beautiful, finely renovated house located in the Langhe, near Neive and a few minutes' drive from Alba, surrounded by vineyards, ideal for families and friends to discover our magical territory. Inside, it has a dining area with an equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with a double bed, all with an internal bathroom. Outside, our guests can relax in the private garden and will have a swimming pool (10x4 meters) at their disposal.

124 acres of fields and woods surround this restored barn built in 1730, part of a tiny private village dating back to the 13th Century. Wonderful view of the hills and countryside, wide country garden. Swimming pool. The place has been published on many lifestyle magazines. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.

Accommodation surrounded by greenery with direct access to the garden shaded by the American vine that climbs the back. The room is cozy and intimate, the small kitchen allows you to be completely independent. In the sweet light of the sunset, you can see the moon rise from Mount Giarolo!
