Our grandparents and great-grandparents lived in it... including grandmother Carla (nona Carla), after whom the villa was named. The villa is located in Bosljiva Loka near the Kolpa river with private beach. The surroundings are filled with numerous paths that invite exploration on foot or by bike. Peter Klepec's land leads you to stunning rapids and gorge of the Kolpa River. Jacuzzi is available for an additional fee of 20.00€, arranged directly with us. Pets are welcome for an extra charge of 5.00€ per night, payable upon arrival. We have equipped Villa Rozi to a 4* standard to provide you with the comfort of your home.

At Zarja Glamping, enjoy luxury wooden cabins equipped with air conditioning. You have access to a natural lake for swimming and an outdoor summer kitchen with a grill. We also offer a small wellness area featuring a Finnish sauna. We also have a small restaurant For breakfast (10 EUR) , we offer freshly baked homemade bread with scrambled eggs straight from our farm ect. For dinner, we serve dishes homemade pasta, freshly grilled beef paired with garden vegetables and crispy potatoes.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, coffee machine, and dining area with sofa, TV, Netflix, and Wifi. The bathroom is spacious, and next to it is a storage room with a laundry machine, hoover, etc. The bedroom has a 180x200cm comfortable bed with a sea view. The outdoor area has a patio with a dining area and sun lounges where you can relax and enjoy. Free parking is next to the house.
