La Dolce Vista – a beautiful retreat for those who want to experience Italy authentic, relaxed and with comfort. Ideal for 2–4 people You live in an entire, self-contained house - perfect for couples and small families, friends, or remote workers. You will experience the wonderful combination of a typical Ligurian village house - flooded with light, continuous vaulted ceilings - and zeitgeist. There is a spacious bedroom (1.80 m bed) and a studio (1.60 m bed). Alternatively, the sofa bed in the living room can also be used (1.60 m). Life on the terrace The large terrace is the highlight of the house – breakfast with great sea views, dinner at sunset, lounging on the loungers. Shadow under the sun roof is always guaranteed - sun full if you want. Summer life definitely takes place on the terrace. Cooking like in Italy You will find a fully equipped kitchen with new pots and pans, good knives, classic mocha as well as a Nespresso machine, white dishes, stainless steel cutlery and plenty of glasses – it's all there for extensive breakfasts, small snacks and enjoyable evenings at home. Water, beer, a few coffee capsules, pasta and pesto are always ready to arrive. You simply replace what is used for the next guests😊 Right next to the kitchen is the living room with a dining table for four and a cosy sofa for relaxing, which can be used as a guest bed if necessary (160 cm). The bedroom has a new 1.80 bunk bed, a free dresser & wardrobe for your clothes, free shelf compartments for your utensils and - very important - a Nespresso machine for the first coffee in bed😊. An old wardrobe, the play of sunlight on the bare floor, and the chirping of the wagons give the room a lot of atmosphere. The air conditioning provides the necessary sleeping temperature. Right next door is the large, bright bathroom with double washbasin, spacious shower, washing machine & plenty of space for everything you need. The large studio on the ground floor with direct access to the alley not only offers a 1.60 bed and plenty of space for your clothes, but also a wonderful workplace with a view. Perfect for remote work or creative hours (good internet, with two screens and an external keyboard on request for more comfortable working with your notebook). Ideal: there is also a small bathroom with toilet and hand basin. The studio is integrated into the house through a small passage and stairs, but has no door to the hallway. This is no problem in that it is one floor lower than the other rooms and is little insightful from the hallway - you have to make a lot of effort to catch a glimpse into the room. Note for families & guests with mobility restrictions: The house is not accessible and unfortunately not ideal for small children or people with mobility due to the open stairs on three floors. Typical Liguria The idyllic, green village is located on a hilltop just 5 minutes by car from the sea and the Pista – that new, great foot/bike path along the sea on the old railway track. In just 10 minutes you will also reach the various beaches with beach bars, small restaurants, great ice cream. In the village itself you will find a charming combination of bar, restaurant and alimentari – all in one. Here you can get fresh rolls, your espresso in the morning or a simply Ligurian dinner. Poggi still has a village life – you always meet Italians in the alleys on their way to somewhere. Always friendly, often on a chat. Car is ideal, but some villagers just use the bus. Imperia itself beckons with both a great old town and beautiful arcades for strolling and shopping, small shops, good wine shops and numerous restaurants. The best part: Imperia has remained an Italian city. Beach Diversity & Coastal Flair The beaches here around Imperia have been rated as the cleanest in Italy for years, especially because of the clear water. In just 10 minutes you can reach the family-friendly beach of San Lorenzo or in the other direction the city beaches of Imperia – including Art Nouveau bath on the Mole, the popular Bar Moletto and a fantastic view of Porto Maurizio with the largest basilica of Liguria. Especially in the evening a real highlight! Hiking & Cycling For active holidaymakers, Poggi is a dream: the famous Pista Cicabile, a panoramic cycle path on a disused railway line, leads directly along the coast. The routes of the Giro d'Italia and the legendary Milan-Sanremo bike race also run through the neighboring villages here - so obviously a good area for cyclists. Benvenuti a casa! In fact, you can enjoy the beautiful view and the excellent country air while comfortably sitting on the terrace for lunch or enjoying an aperitif at sunset!

Casa Novaro has three apartments, it is 5 km from the centre of Imperia and 10 minutes by car from the beaches of Imperia and Diano Marina. The apartment is part of a villa. Casa Novaro is a few km from the centre and is sheltered from noise with a beautiful view. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families.
