The villa is located in an interior of Via di San Domenico, a quiet and reserved place; on one side it overlooks a small equipped garden and on the other a quiet and protected courtyard of our property. The apartment is new, renovated with taste and refinement. Perfect for two couples of friends and for a family with children. Accommodates up to seven people. The apartment consists of: large living room with sofa bed and the possibility of adding an extra bed; a beautiful large and bright kitchen with dining table overlooking the garden; a first double bedroom with air conditioning, overlooking the garden and equipped with a private bathroom with shower; a second double bedroom with air conditioning overlooking the internal courtyard. You are welcome in our apartment, the floors are made of oak parquet and the walls are painted in the delicate shade of dove gray. We have renovated and furnished this apartment with great care and attention to detail. You will find sheets and towels; soap, shower gel and hairdryer; iron and ironing board. In front of the house, on Via di San Domenico, you will find free parking. Also on Via di San Domenico, 100 m from our house, you will find bus stop 7 that will take you downtown in 15 minutes. Here you will have the opportunity to relax when returning from your excursions to Florence, Fiesole and Settignano, Mugello and Chianti. Your furry friends are also welcome! Guests will have access to the apartment and the private garden reserved for them. My husband and I will be happy to welcome and assist you during your stay! In addition to the wonderful historic center of Florence, we recommend a tour of the interesting shopping streets for us citizens such as: Via Gioberti, Via Marconi, the shops and the market in the Cure district. We also suggest that you go up Via di San Domenico and reach Fiesole to visit the wonderful historic villas that are located along this hill; a path that will offer you unique landscapes and suggestions! We don't have private parking, but in front of the property, on Via di San Domenico, you'll find many free parking options available. In front of the apartment, you will also find bus stop no. 7 that will take you downtown in 15 minutes. Attention, for those coming without a car: there are no supermarkets within walking distance of the apartment, so we recommend buying what you need near the station (you will find numerous city markets). This apartment has been newly renovated, mixing different kinds of architecture and design. In the flat there is plenty of space for your smart-workstation: internet is fast and reliable, accessible from every corner. We take particular care in sanitizing all the critical areas, in particular the space is sanitized by means of ozone generators. The apartment is newly restyled with a very special taste, mixing different styles in the architecture and design. It is a 2 floors apartment at the last floor of a mid 20th century building right outside the historical city center: at the first floor there are the bedrooms (a Suite and a second bedroom) the bathroom and a wardrobe room. The Suite is introduced by an elegant living area with a separè industry in glass and iron dividing it from the double bedroom with balcony and fireplace. The second bedroom has a big wardrobe with mirrors, a fine couch and twin beds to be disposed at one's will. Through an elegant white marble staircase we have access to the brand new rooftop kitchen and the wide terrace with a view on the hills sorrounding Florence and spots of the old buildings of the historic center. The apartment is entirely reserved to our guests, access to it is by the staircase or by elevator with private access to the floor. The rooftop terrace is only for our guests with sole access from inside the apartment by a staircase. At the same floor in a separate flat live the owners, always ready to help! The owner lives next door and is always available if needed. Chez Geraldine is an apartment just outside the historical center. It’s predominantly a residential district, but the cathedral, Galleria dell'Accademia, and Piazza San Marco are a 15-minute walk away. Food stores, restaurants, and bars are close by. AVAILABLE 4 BIKES (adult size) for our guests, included in the price. Please, use it with care and lock it well each and any time you leave them without custody, thank you. Located in the quiet and residential neighborhood of Campo di Marte, it is perfectly connected to the historic center, which can be reached with a pleasant walk in just 20 minutes or by public transport.

Poggiolieto Suite - on hills 10' from city center

Poggiolieto is on the hills just 10 minutes far by car from the Historical center of Florence. The Property is a typical Tuscan country house surrounded by olive trees. The Suite is a flat apartment (bedroom, living room with a sofa bed, bathroom and kitchen). Swimming pool in spring and summer time; private parking. The house is in a strategic location to be close enough for visiting Firenze's artistic city centre, but be in the peace of the countryside at home with garden and swimming pool.

The Terrace is formed by a double-room in two floors, recently completely renovated and decorated with style. It is located in Settignano, a small neighborhood 6 km from the center of Florence with bus n.10 which end of line is only 50 meters from the access gate of the house. In 15 minutes you can easily reach the center of the city. Beside the gate there s the bar Vida, always full of delicious pastries and fresh tramezzino sandwiches.

A Big Dream in a Little Tower.

The Tower was created in the late 1800s by an illustrious Englishman, Sir John Temple Leader, in one of the oldest and most important stone quarries belonging to the Medici family. From the same quarry were extracted many important works such as the columns of the Medici chapels, the steps of the Laurenziana library .. all just 5 km from the historic center of Florence.
