Built in 4.5 cm thick fir at 710 meters above sea level, it stands on a wooden platform 3 meters high between an Oak, Sorbo and Hazel and is accessed on the flat level on the mountain side. It has a splendid view of the magnificent Verrino valley, a protected area, a short walk from the center of Agnone. We'd like to share our special house with you, we're lucky enough to own a lavender farm ,surrounded by amazing country views with the spectacular Maiella mountains in the background. We've rebuilt The Melograno House with original antique Abruzzo bricks and have created a retro house with a mix of old and new. We're close to the great towns of Vasto, Termoli and Lanciano with their clean and beautiful beaches , only a couple of hours away from Rome and 40 mins from Pescara airport.
