Take it easy at this secluded, waterfront cabin near beautiful Magnolia Beach. Fish or launch kayaks from your front yard. This rustic property is located down a dirt road that can be very difficult to access when it rains a lot. 4x4 vehicles recommend. During dry times, the road is fine. Wildlife of all kinds are sometimes seen, many species of birds, bobcat, deer, and sometimes snakes. Alligators live in Old Town Lake, much like any body of water in South Texas. Swimming not recommended.

Magnolia Beach is a few minutes away, and the new State fishing Pier is bringing in big redfish! Just 12 minutes from town and shopping/ restaurants. There is a free boat ramp nearby and another in Magnolia Beach- and yes, we have room for your boat.
