Ideally located 1.8 km from the charming port of Lesconil and the large white sandy beach. Living room, open kitchen, living room/wood-burning stove, sofa bed, bathroom: shower and toilet. Upstairs on mezzanine, the staircase to access it is steep, with 2 beds (90 x 200). Beds are made on arrival for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation. Atypical, new house, located between the port of Kérity and the Eckmühl lighthouse. You'll enjoy a view of the lighthouse from every room and a view of the ocean from the upper bedroom. On foot, the ocean is a minute away, the lighthouse is 2min away and the port of Kérity is 5 minutes away! You will stay in an entirely wooden house, eco-designed. On stilts, located on a large lot, wooded to the South and East. 2 parking spaces at the entrance.

Located a 5-minute walk from the beach of Octo Carn, families and water sports enthusiasts will be delighted. The house is located in dead end which makes it very quiet and sheltered, it enjoys a double exposure ideal to have breakfast, lunch and dinner all the time in the sun. You will also find two restaurants: a hut like there is no more and a nice restaurant where you will find something to satisfy all appetites.

Charming Breton house completely renovated in 2024 by an architect. It is located in a small and quiet charming hamlet with its 14 th century chapel, pretty cottages and menhirs. The famous Torche beach (world famous surf spot) is a 20-minute walk away by a hiking trail. The house is located on our property, it is adjoining ours but has its own entrance and enclosed private garden of about 350m2 .

Small house lovingly renovated. It was before a boat garage, sheltered from the winter storms. Hence its name Ar Bod or the Breton shelter. It now hosts friends, artists, and transient travelers.
