The base consists of 3 fully equipped houses with an area of 50 m2 + closed mezzanines. The ground floor of each house is a living room with a kitchenette and an 18-meter terrace, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. There are two single beds on the mezzanines. The optimal number of guests in the house is 4 people, a sofa bed in the living room can provide accommodation for 2 additional people. The Tlen base is a place of year-round recreation. Our 3 holiday mountain lodges are directly located in the giant mountains of poland - in the middle of 2 ski areas Szklarska Poreba & Karpacz. Perfect for hiking, wintersports & nature fans. For that our lodges are perfect prepared with ski wardrobe, shoe dryer, infrared Sauna, hottub, Terrace & private parking space. Maciejowiec Castle Hill Apartment I

In the small, quiet village of Maciejowiec, on the edge of the forest, stands the "Old Castle" built in 1627-1632 on the castle hill. In the 1960s, apartments for employees of the State Forests were built in former stables amidst a 14-hectare forest landscape. We purchased some of them and after careful and comprehensive renovation, we made them available to our guests. The 60m2 apartment consists of two rooms - each with its own bathroom - and a kitchen. You are renting the whole apartment.

Habitat Grove

Built with ecological materials and with own hands, the house is located on the foothills of Giebułtów, from where there is a spectacular view of the Mirsk valley, Świeradów-Zdrój, and on clear days, Śnieżka. The facility has two separate rooms on the mezzanine, a bathroom, an open living room with a kitchen and a stove to warm up on colder days. We offer a wood-fired sauna on request, and a bonfire area (charged additionally). Guests have at their disposal peace and quiet ad libitum.

Zen Meadow: Apartment 1

Gdzieś na łące, miedzy Karkonoszami a Rudawami Janowickimi, stoi dom a w nim trzy niezależne apartamenty. Wokół szumią łąki i ćwierkają ptaki. Z kubkiem kawy witasz dzień, na przestronnym tarasie, zawieszonym nad trawami jak tratwa na morzu. Podczas deszczu siadasz przy oknie z widokiem na "Śnieżkę". W zimowe wieczory rozpalasz w kominku, w letnie zasiadasz przy ogniu w towarzystwie świetlików i świerszczy. Nuda? Być może. Ale uwaga, ta nuda sprawia, że nie chce się od nas wyjeżdżać!

DZIK near Karpacz cottage with sauna & fireplace

Staniszów 40 is an ideal starting point for hikes and tours in the beautiful surrounding area. The cottage is suitable for small groups, families or friends. Cooking together or relaxing by the fireplace is fun here. We hope that our guests will only spend peaceful and happy hours in our Dzik cottage. The house is situated on a hill, close to a road with light traffic.

It is a special place that we have created by putting our whole hearts into it. Straight from the bed, we look at the wonderful view of greenery and the river, and from every corner, a piece of history looks at us. A cottage made of a pre-war forge with a terrace over the water and a stylish interior.

welcome to the cottage for a loving couple. This small space is overflowing with the smell of wood and growing around shrubs and pine trees. Regular guests of the surrounding fields are deer and a large number of different species of birds. There is unlimited internet access. Highly recommend !!!
