Close to attractions such as the Senda del Oso (Bear Trail) and with panoramic views of the Las Ubiñas Natural Park. A paradise for hikers and cyclists with multiple routes. The roads are very good, 45 minutes from Oviedo and 50 minutes from Gijon. Although the last 400 meters are for skilled drivers through a narrow track. You can leave the car beforehand and take a pleasant 6-minute walk.

A charming little house in a good location to explore the Asturian coast. Recently renovated, with a fireplace. Quiet area but good connection by national road and highway. A 10-minute drive to Los Quebrantos beach, 20 minutes to the magnificent Salinas beach as well as Avilés, 30 minutes to Gijón or Oviedo. Supermarkets available a few minutes drive away in Soto del Barco and San Juan de la Arena. Ideal for a couple.

Beautiful, fully restored country house in the Asturian mountains. 20 km from the Fuentes de Invierno and San Isidro ski resorts. It is fully equipped with a beautiful stone fireplace, gas stove, oven with grill, TV, two double bedrooms, full heated bathroom with shower, bathtub and double sink. It also has a nice corridor on the first floor and a furnished porch with a barbecue included and parking space.
