Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Pole Ojea

This was our second time staying at John's place we absolutely love their home. The house is perfect, we love the backyard area. The palm trees, outdoor furniture and pool are amazing. The rooftop area is nice with beauiful views. The island had a power outage and thankfully the house had a generator. We didn't even notice at first that the power was out. The generator kicked right on. John was so awesome communicating with us, so kind and helpful. We highly recommend this house because they have everything you need. The location is great, walkable to the beach and restaurants.

We had 12 in our group and everyone was comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Close to several restaurants, but you will have to drive. Less than a 15 minute drive to both Crashboat Beach and Jobos Beach, both family friendly and umbrella and chairs to rent. The house was very clean and the neighborhood is very quiet. Home has everything you need. We will definitely plan to stay here again.

The place is great! We had a great time with all our family and the pool and basketball court location is super spacious. Also, the rooms are super comfortable and area is peaceful and private.

This was our 2nd time staying at Victors and my family absolutely LOVES this house. We truly feel it’s our home away from home. Make sure you ask for the Google Coordinates when you come. The home is well aired and extremely clean. The beds are comfortable and aside from a few mosquitos that come in from the outside, Victor takes pride in the cleanliness of the home and keeps it immaculate. The area is close to many beaches, restaurants and shops. When the island had a blackout, Victor was proactive in starting the home’s generator. The only issues we had were the bugs, bees and mosquitoes outside the pool area which is hard to control. I recommend getting some kind of spray during your stay.

She was an amazing host and decorated the place so thoughtfully. She even provided toothbrushes and toothpaste, not that we needed it but it was that kind of touch that was appreciated. The pool was beautiful, I basically lived there. There’s an adorable guest book to sign. Linens were all clean, the house was spotless, well worth the price. We had trouble getting in but it was a minor misunderstanding with the key box password. There are roosters, chickens, and horses behind the house which were nice to look at. A reminder of the beautiful island life. Everything was perfect, from the gracious host to the well decorated home. Local must dos include cafelado (for coffee/ice cream lovers) and Helab (restaurant). Thank you again, it was truly an amazing stay.

Our stay at Mariely’s property was lovely. We arrived during a power outage and she was very accommodating, quickly bringing over lanterns for us and checking in regularly. The house had everything we needed, including a well stocked kitchen (utensils, pans, and such) and a gas range in order to ride out the outage. The location is outstanding, right on the ocean, and lots of places to sit outside and take in the view. The inside was spacious for the four of us, both open and having little nooks so we didn’t feel like we were always on top of each other. Down the road we found a sweet little beach that a local told us was created by Hurricane Maria. We had it to ourselves most days! I would stay at Mariely’s home again in a heartbeat.

We had an amazing stay in Rincón! The house was spotless and beautifully designed with a clean, minimal aesthetic that made it feel peaceful and relaxing. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from a well-equipped kitchen to cozy beds and a great outdoor space for the kids to play. The location was perfect, just a short drive to town and all the best beaches. The hosts were incredible! Super communicative and helpful throughout our stay. They kept us in the loop about local events and shared great recommendations for places to eat and explore. Like many places in Puerto Rico, there were a few local characters, some noisy roosters nearby and friendly neighborhood cats that liked to visit now and then. Nothing bothersome at all, just part of the charm and experience of staying in this beautiful place. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again! Thank you for having us!

Great host amazing location huge back yard that kids loved

This is a great location. Being close to restaurants (walking distance), bakeries and and town hall and square was a plus. You can take a "power walk" around town and even the nearby park and university. Although close to the center of town, the place is - for the most part - pretty quiet. Easy and safe access. The unit was well equipped and the hosts are very responsive. I highly recommend this location for people on business (I stayed for over three months) or leisure in the Mayaguez area.

El anfitrión muy diligente y amable, el alojamiento limpio e inmaculado, buen gusto en la decoración y una terraza sumamente amplia. muy fácil el acceso a todo y cerca de casi todo. Excelente lugar tranquilo. Felicito a Rafael por mantener un lugar que uno se siente como en su propia casa.

Todo estaba super limpio, las sabanas un aroma a nuevo, el baño impecable, la zona estaba super tranquila, el aire enfriaba a la perfección. El caballero fue muy comunicativo. Fue una de las estancias mas comodas en las cuales me he hospedado. Los recomiendo muchas veces.

The place is stunning and peaceful. The view is breathtaking and walking around the grounds you feel transported to a different place. The pool was a great amenity in the hot afternoons. David, the owner was very friendly and nice to chat with and has interesting stories of how the place came to be. What a great place to disconnect, relax and forget the world. We LOVED this stay. It was the perfect spot right on the water.. we didn't mind the short & manageable walk to the spot via the beach. Check in was very smooth & we were able to meet Waldo & see him around the area during our stay which was nice! He was very easy to get in contact with when we needed him and made the stay incredible. Favorite part was hearing the ocean at all times, being able to sit outside all day & open all the windows to the kitchen! We kept the bedroom door shut & AC on only during the night and it was perfect. This was our favorite place we stayed on our week long trip to Puerto Rico. Restaurants and convenience stores located a short walk away which was nice. Garage to park our car was provided (it was a little hard to find the garage at first because our maps were doing a weird thing but was able to find it based off the photos) Crash Boat beach is very close -- we actually preferred the beach outside the house more. It was more private & just as beautiful!

This place has a Great location, just steps from the beach. It is very modern and clean. Parking is not ideal since you have to park on the street, but the stairs leading down to the apartment are easily accessible.

It was a good place to stay to explore southwest Puerto Rico. Anibal communicated well and the place was exactly as it was advertised.

Edwin is an excellent host! Easy to communicate with and responsive. The condo is adorable and clean! Highly recommend to family and friends! Thanks again!

I absolutely loved my stay here! It was very peaceful, quiet and serene. The view from the infinity pool was stunning! There was lots to do in the area and very convenient. Greg was great with communicating with us and making sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend staying here!

I have been rent airbnb properties for quite sometime now. I have stayed in some of the nicest properties. Allison's place was the nicest and most comfortable property I've stayed so far. the amenities was not compromised. everything I needed was there. I was even able to cook in that beautiful kitchen. the bathroom is super clean. the swimming pool was super clean. and the beach was walking distance and was very private and the water was crystal clear. This property was worth paying for. I would come back to this place again definitely. I recommend this place 1000%!!!

A magical stay! Victoria del Mar in Rincón is a dream—just steps from Corcega Beach with stunning ocean views from the 4th floor. Despite a sudden island-wide blackout, our host Geselle went above and beyond. She quickly relocated us to another of her solar-powered apartments for the first night, ensuring we had everything we needed. The next day, she honored our request to return to the original condo so we could enjoy its sea breeze and incredible view. Even without power, the space stayed fresh and relaxing. Power returned around 2:30 a.m., but honestly, the peaceful vibe made it all worthwhile. Geselle was outstanding—kind, responsive, and truly dedicated to our comfort. She checked in often, offered towels, and made us feel cared for the entire time. Her attention to detail and warmth made all the difference. This condo is a true hidden gem, and Geselle is a 5-star host in every way. We’re already planning to come back!

Place is great. Quite. close to everything. and nice swimming beach in the back walking distance! so much better than beating thr crowds at the famous beaches! awesome place!
