Our cottage is the perfect launching spot with lake access just around the corner or for exploring all things outdoors. Quiet and serene double lot and neighborhood.

The Carriage House is located in the quaint downtown area of Livingston, Texas just minutes from antique stores, restaurants, Lake Livingston, trails, the Alabama Coushatta’s Naskila Gaming casino, fishing, boating and more! Part of one of Livingston’s oldest homes, the Carriage House is the perfect place to get away and decompress on is lofty balcony reading a book, streaming your favorite shows in its chic interior, checking out local sites, or interacting with one of its reported spirits.

We can't wait to host y'all in at our lake house! The space comfortably fits 8 people and we will accommodate up to two pets over 1 year old and under 50 lbs for an additional $25/night. There is plenty to do in the house - 65" tv with Netflix, Hulu & Amazon, games & puzzles, books & a wii. Outside, there is plenty more to do with lawn games, and a lake right out the back door and next to a boat launch. And, if you'd like a change in scenery, Livingston is just a 10 minute drive away.

Quiet country setting nestled in the trees. Enjoy your stay in our 2018 modern cabin on 30 acres in the piney woods. Sip your favorite beverage rocking on the enormous porch while your steaks are cooking on the grill. At night you can gather around the lower fire pit and stargaze. It is unlikely you will encounter anyone unless you venture out for walk down to one of the neighboring farms. The cottage has super high speed internet. Make video calls without buffering.
