“Wonderful home in the centre of Pollenca. Homeowner's communication was excellent from start to finish. Cleanliness of house was 10/10. We arrived to find a lovely welcome gift which is always nice after a long journey. House configuration was perfect for a family holiday - outside area downstairs was perfect for a BBQ and to cool off in the pool (nice temperature in the baking heat of July). The rooftop terrace provided incredible views of the town and more. A mix of traditional spanish design and modern touches made this a lovely place to stay for 2 weeks. Location was perfect - quiet day and night. Only a few minutes to the wonderful Calvari steps (lovely for a morning stroll or jog if up for it) and a few more minutes walk to some of the finest restaurants in town, close and within the main square. We hope to visit Pollenca again one day and this property would be the first to check for availability. :-D”

“What a fabulous house in a gorgeous town! We were 5 girls celebrating our 50th birthdays and wanted somewhere stylish where we could have some independence. This was the perfect choice. Pollenca is a stunning town with lots of great restaurants, bars and boutiques...plus a huge Sunday morning market. The house is just around the corner from the famous Calvari Steps, right in the heart of the town so the location really couldn’t be better. Although there’s no pool - and we were there during a summer heatwave - the roof terrace is gorgeous at night and there is air con throughout the house so the heat didn’t bother us at all. There are some great beaches within a short drive too - we particularly loved Cala San Vicens (Cala Molins and its restaurant on the edge of the car park) and Muro Beach - book a table at Ponderosa Beach Club for fabulous paella and sangria right on the beach. The house was stylish and absolutely spotless with incredibly confortable beds, good showers and a sociable kitchen full of mod cons. We loved the thoughtful welcome pack full of local goodies - thank you! Don’t bother trying to park near the house - the roads are ridiculously narrow (as we found out while trying to navigate them in a Renault Grand Scenic!) and there’s very little parking. There’s a free car park just 5 minutes’ walk from the house on the edge of the town and it’s very easy to walk your bags to and fro. Don’t miss the hike up the Calvari Steps - the views from the top (day and night) are stunning and it’s a good way to walk off all the tapas... We are DEFINTELY going back - taking the family next time!”
