Village stone house in the mountainous north of Mallorca. Day and weekly rentals. In the old town of Pollensa. Double and single bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and patio. Completely furnished. We take care of our guests.
“Very personable host. I have rarely seen such courteous hosts and such quick responses! The house is very quaint and has something special. It was ideal for our stay - especially the great price-performance ratio!”
Old house 5 'from the heart of Pollensa. Located in a quiet neighborhood, no noise, 5 'from main square, 3' from Calvario, 7 'from Cala San Vicente, 10' from the port of Pollensa. Zone of restaurants, museums, entertainment, etc.
“Yurema's place was great value for money, I strongly recommend it as a base for exploring Pollensa and Mallorca. The street parking near her apartment can be hard to find certain times of the working day, but there is a large public lot near the main highway and the city center which is a 10-minute walk away. Her daughter, her flatmate (who sings and plays guitar very well), and her 2 dogs were great too - excellent hospitality. I will come back there next time! :)”
If you come to our accommodation you will find yourself in a typical Mallorcan house, very close to the center of the village, but in a residential area and without much traffic. The views are spectacular; mountain and sea. Recently renovated so that the guests are comfortable. It has a small swimming pool to cool off and a solarium with sunbeds for sunbathing.
“This is a great house in a fantastic location near the centre of the old town. The roof terrace was great, having sun for the whole day and a fridge where we could keep drinks and snacks so we didn’t have to run up and down the stairs. It was an easy walk down the hill into the square at Calvari steps or the Placa Major for a wide choice of restaurants and pleasant atmosphere in the evening. One slight drawback is that the streets are narrow and parking difficult so don’t choose this house if you are not prepared to carry your luggage/shopping uphill a couple of streets. However, the house is well worth the effort.”
