A lovely detached studio cottage, nestled in the peace and tranquillity of the countryside, Recently renovated in a sleek and modern style with all the benefits of mod cons and located in the grounds of a former vicarage, Woodman's Cottage offers spacious open plan living for two people. Also a double sofa bed which sleeps 1 or 2. The cottage has shared access to the apple orchard, swimming lake and woodland - part of the Trenoweth estate but also has its very own private and enclosed terrace.

Thick stone and cob walls keep this beautiful little cottage toasty in winter, and gloriously cool in the hot summer months. Little Trembraze is set in a woodland glade overlooking a valley. Built in 1840 as a mill workers’ cottage, it has been renovated to include a log burner and air source heating. Perfect for walkers and wildlife watchers, it is a get-away-from-it-all experience. Own entrance and parking, no other property in sight. Just 1 mile from SW Coast Path. Kingsize or single beds.

Seashells is an end of terrace cottage, overlooking the harbour, and situated in the heart of the pretty village of Polruan. The cottage has been lovingly renovated by the present owners. It is ideally placed for exploring the area, as well as visiting nearby landmarks such as the Eden Project. The cottage is dog friendly and is equipped so that they too can enjoy their stay. 1 Cliff Cottage, Portloe is a recently renovated fisherman's cottage with a large terrace and spectacular views of the harbour and out to sea. The timeless village has been the setting for many films and TV dramas including About Time, Poldark and the Wild West. The South West Coast Path is right on your doorstep and St Mawes, Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Caerhays etc are all nearby. Alternatively decide to just relax, pour yourself a glass of wine and let the world turn a little!

Piggywidden, Lidcutt Farm, PL30 5BD

Lidcutt is a working farm in the middle of no-where but close to all the places you might want to visit. Piggywidden is a cozy converted barn with a double and single bedroom and unique features. There is an outside seating area with a picnic bench overlooking a field with pet sheep, alpacas and wildlife. There is a spare single mattress under the single bed which can turn the single bedroom into a snug twin if required. Due to being situated on a working farm we are unable to accept pets.
